Lord Narayan warns that the universe cannot remain stable if Shiv and Shakti are separated, urging Shukracharya to witness the destruction caused by the Asurs. As chaos unfolds and people suffer, Devi Parvati walks through the universe, troubled by the devastation. Narayan blames the Asurs for the imbalance, questioning how they expect reverence amid such harm. Shukracharya dismisses Narayan, encouraging Madanasur to ignore him.
Diti admits that Shiv Shakti is the universe’s shield but doubts their ability to save it this time. Then Sadashiv appears, declaring that as long as the protector exists, the world cannot be destroyed. He reassures everyone that Shiv Shakti will reunite, despite Shukracharya’s and Madanasur’s doubts. When Madanasur threatens to make the Devtas disappear, Sadashiv stops him with a fireball.
As Madanasur suffers, Sadashiv taunts him to speak now, and Lord Narayan urges him to reunite Shiv Shakti for the greater good. Torn between Shukracharya and his conscience, Madanasur remembers his mother’s wishes for the world’s well-being. Moved, he kneels before Sadashiv in surrender.
Sadashiv releases him from pain. Madanasur repents and agrees to do as Sadashiv commands, including apologizing to Devi Parvati. Despite Shukracharya’s protests, Madanasur asks Parvati for forgiveness and begs her to kill him as penance for his actions.
