Meenakshi condemns Vayu for disrespecting women, declaring he deserves the death penalty. Despite his apology, she refuses to forgive him and kills him, shocking the soldiers. Sundar arrives, and Meenakshi is relieved to see him alive. He tells her that love brought him back and that the Naagins saved him. He gifts her a flower from Naaglok, expressing his love. Meenakshi, though shy, silently reciprocates by stepping toward him, making Sundar smile.
Meanwhile, a soldier informs Arunasur that Meenakshi killed Vayu and Sundar survived. Furious, Arunasur burns the wedding mandap and orders Shukracharya to bring Meenakshi to him. Using his powers, Shukracharya captures and drags Meenakshi away, while Sundar follows. At Kailash, Nandi urges Lord Narayan to intervene, but he refuses, stating he cannot interfere in Mahadev’s divine play.
Meenakshi stands firm against Arunasur, declaring she will marry Sundar. Arunasur, enraged, dismisses her and insists she has no choice. She defends her right to choose her partner and justifies Vayu’s execution. Arunasur accuses her of overstepping and sentences both her and Sundar to death by placing them in a cell filled with poisonous snakes. Shukracharya and Diti believe Meenakshi’s death will prevent Shiv and Shakti’s reunion.
As Meenakshi and Sundar are imprisoned, a maid informs Kanchanmala of their punishment. While she appears unconcerned, Shukracharya begins a ritual, and Arunasur plans to enslave Meenakshi’s soul. Kanchanmala warns him that killing Meenakshi is foolish, but Diti insists that, as a human, Meenakshi is vulnerable.
Inside the cell, Meenakshi begs the soldiers to spare Sundar, but they refuse. Determined to protect each other, they stand in defense. As the snakes are released, Sundar is bitten, leaving Meenakshi in despair.
