Devi Shakambari emerges from Gauri, announcing that she provides food in Devi Lakshmi’s absence and is a friend of Devi Lakshmi. Devotees greet her, pleading for relief from hunger. Devi Shakambari assures them she will help, but sets a condition. The devotees promise to fulfill it, and soon, it begins to rain. Overjoyed, the devotees dance, while Bhola and Gauri smile, and everyone resumes farming.
Meanwhile, Kali declares that the time has come to turn the Devtas into puppets and hypnotize Shiv Shakti. Diti questions how this will be possible.
Later, the devotees see grains and chant, “Devi Shakambari ki jai.” Gauri tells Bhola that things are not completely normal yet, and Bhola notes that Veda’s disappearance is affecting the earth.
Chandradev remarks that
Diti warns Kali that the Devtas are beginning to suspect Lord Narayan, calling it a bad sign, and urges him to act before they discover Narakasur is disguised as Lord Narayan. Kali reassures her that Devi Lakshmi will handle everything.
The Devtas then hear Devi Lakshmi’s voice. She tells them she is not angry and will return at the right time. Indradev asks why their power is decreasing if she is not angry. Lord Narayan explains that it is the devotees’ lack of trust causing their power to weaken, and emphasizes that Devi Lakshmi must be protected from this sinful earth. Chandradev questions how they can fulfill their duties without their power, and Lord Narayan instructs them to obey him without question. Indradev agrees. Kali tells Diti that everything is proceeding according to his plan.
Bhola warns Gauri that destruction is imminent, and to prevent it, they need the Vedas and Lord Narayan. Gauri asks how, and Bhola instructs her to retrieve the Vedas while he goes to Patal Lok to bring Lord Narayan. Gauri agrees, and both depart on their missions.
Meanwhile, Devi Lakshmi feels uneasy, questioning Lord Narayan about his instructions to her and sensing that something is amiss, noting that flowers withered when she touched them. Lord Narayan reassures her, saying her worry caused the reaction and urges her to trust him, believing that Devi Lakshmi cannot yet recognize him while he is trapped in Patal Lok.
Later, Bhola transforms into Mahadev and enters Patal Lok. Lord Narayan sees Mahadev and questions his identity. Mahadev introduces himself as a friend and urges Lord Narayan to come with him. Lord Narayan, however, refuses to acknowledge Mahadev and tells him to leave.
Precap: Lord Narayan and Mahadev engage in a fierce battle, while Kali remarks that no matter what, Mahadev will not be able to take Lord Narayan out of Patal Lok.
