Mhalsa pleads with Martand not to fall into the tantra’s influence and to come to his senses. When he tries to attack her, she defends herself, urging him to fight the spell with his inner strength. As she falls, Martand raises an axe to strike, but she throws soil at him and runs.
Meanwhile, Mani confronts Malla, accusing him of selfishness and refusing to see that Mhalsa is an avatar of Mata Kali. He’s shocked that Malla plans to kill both Martand and Mhalsa, and warns him to stop the tantra yagya. Malla rejects his devotion, insisting his power will rule, and reminding Mani that their survival depends on preventing Martand and Mhalsa from uniting. Determined to stop him, Mani rushes to destroy the tantra, but Malla follows. At the yagya site, Diti attacks Mani, knocking him unconscious. Malla orders Mani imprisoned until Martand and Mhalsa are dead, claiming it’s for their safety. As soldiers drag him away, a barely conscious Mani murmurs Mhalsa’s name.
Back in the forest, Mhalsa hides from Martand, who finds her holding an axe. She begs him not to attack, but he lunges, forcing her to block the blow. He then strangles her, but as they struggle, their foreheads collide, breaking the tantra’s hold over him. Dropping the axe, Martand regains his senses and recalls fragments of their past, noticing Mhalsa’s resemblance to Devi Kali. In turn, Mhalsa sees Martand looking like Rudra. Martand admits he’s seen her in his dreams, convinced they share a deeper connection, while Mhalsa says nature itself is trying to tell them something as the Har Har Mahadev chant fills the air.
