Dhamini devi again looked @ shanidev’s sleeping face……“I don’t know why all says his sight is “VAKRA” I felt his eyes are deep, passionate and they always stand for the right things……May be his right can be other’s wrong, that’s why they have kept him as isolated…But why ?? Shani!!! [ Dhamini touches shani’s hand] I am waiting for the dawn where i will get to know what’s my karmafal?? I am pretty sure that after tomorrow my life will be changed as i will be aware about what’s my stand in your life…..
Dhamini slowly whispered in shani’s ear…...I am waiting for you, shani……..She again smiled and slowly moved from the bed……..Dhamini leaves…..
Another beautiful dawn awakened shani’s sleep…….Slowly shani rise up from his bed and opened his eyes…..
“Pranam!!! Pitashree” Shani bowed his head before the morning rays of sun……….
“Shani” A sweet voice made shani to smile widely…….
Shani : What can I do for you,Yami ??
Yami : Bhai!!!! You are incredible……Today also you find my presence without looking back…..
Shani : Yami, your bhai knows your each foot step……
Yami : Oh!!! From tomorrow,I will enter to your room without wearing anklet……..Let me see whether my bhai can find his behan…..
Shani : So you are giving challenge to your brother ?
Yami : Think So……By the way, we can deal with the challenge later……For now we should attend the “mahayaag”
Shani : Mahayaag!!!
Yami : It’s an order from pitashree……..Bhai, get ready soon…..All are assembled in the Sabha….
Shani nods his head……..Yami leaves…..
Scene shifts to Sabha……
Indradev and other devgan, Surya dev, Devi Chaaya, Yami, Yam, Gandharvaraj Chitrarath, Kakol etc. are assembled at the hall……..Suryadev and Chaaya starts doing maha aarti of lord mahadev…….Mean while dhamini devi comes forward and starts singing “Karppor gauram, Karunavatraam……” All gets mesmerized with dhamini’s voice………Mean while shani also enters there and stands at the corner……..When the aarti got finished, devi chaaya blesses dhamini and hugged her with much pleasure……
While hugging maata chaaya, unknowingly dhamini devi’s eyes got stuck on shani dev’s eyes……They stared each other’s eyes…….
The moment of happiness couldn’t stayed long, as a saint [maharshi] entered there…….
Maharshi : [interrupts] Suryadev, this yaga has no use…….You will not get the blessings of tridev……
Suryadev : Pardon me, rishivarya…….May I know your good name please ??
Maharshi : Suryadev…..This is not the time of introducing myself……I am telling the fact only…….Tridev are not satisfied with this mahayaga……
Maata Chaaya : But why, rishivarya ?? Did we made any mistake ??
Maharshi : The mistake is not yours, it’s done by your son……
Maata Chaaya : I didn’t get you…..
Maharshi : The sole reason is your son Shani……Just because of his presence tridev are not ready to accept the yagafal……
Shani : Sorry rishivarya…….I can’t believe that because of my presence tridev are not ready to accept the yagafal…….
Maharshi : Moorkh !!! You are questioning me !!! Do you know who am I ??
Shani : Suryadev already asked you to introduce yourself……But you refused to do so…….Well, for now it has become more important to know who are you since you made a shocking statement here…..
Maharshi : Your nature of argumentation, the fire spread in your eyes…….All these things brought you the biggest punishment of detachment, shani……..Stay away from this mahayaga…….
Shani : This is not the explanation of my question, rishivarya……..Sorry to say this, but I think I should use my drishti to know what’s your real identity……
Maharshi : Don’t do it, shani……..I will tell you, who am I…….[Rishivarya closes his eyes and transforms as a bull] I am Nandhi……Lord Mahadev’s Vaahan……
Shani : Nandhi, what’s the need of hiding your identity ??
Nandhi : Shani, Lords Mahadev, Mahavishnu and Brahmadev demanded me to do a thing……
Shani : What ?
Nandhi : They need your eyes, shani……….They ordered me to destroy your eyes………When I said I can’t do it, they said that shani’s eyes are “amangal” for the entire universe……..Until and unless shani stays in suryaloka, the mahayaaga which is done for the entire welfare of universe will never get successful ……….Your eyes can change the fate, it can bring curse to many of us….So…..
Shani interrupts nandi’s words with a big laughter………All are shocked with shani’s reaction…….
The lord of creator [brahmadev], the lord of entity [ vishnudev] and the lord of unknown [ aadhi aur anth se pare hein mahadev] needs shani’s eyes…….If this can bring peace to the universe, then shani is ready to sacrifice them………..Come on nandhi, you are supposed to fullfil the duty entitled by your swami mahadev…….
Nandhi : No shani, I can’t do it………I beg you shani, stay away from surya loka …….I will tell mahadev that you have gone away….
Shani : What about this vakradrishti ?? [ Nandhi remains silent]
Shani : I , chaaya putra shani has decided to destroy eyes for the welfare of entire universe…….This is the first arpan of mahayaaga…..[Shani comes close towards the hawankund….With his power, he makes an arrow and stabs the arrow into his left eye…….]
Chaaya : Shani!!! [ She falls unconscious at the floor]
