Shakti Arora also in the race to star as the lead in Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin

Shakti Arora, known for taking over Dheeraj Dhoopar’s role in Kundali Bhagya, is set to make his television comeback. He has been cast as the new male lead in Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin. Shakti will join the show after a time leap, which will also see the departure of the original cast members Neil Bhatt, Ayesha Singh, and Harshad Arora. Our exclusive sources reveal that Bhavika Sharma, renowned for her role in Maddam Sir, has been finalized to portray the new female protagonist. Sumit Gulia Singh has also been roped in to play the other female lead.

According to an insider, the story will revolve around two female leads and the hero. With everything falling into place, the team is planning to shoot the promo this weekend. They are in talks with Bollywood star Rekha, who is likely to introduce the new leads of the show. However, neither producer Rajesh Ram Singh nor Shakti Arora were available for comment.

Before the time leap, Aishwarya Sharma, who portrayed Pakhi in Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin, bid farewell to the show after being a part of it for two and a half years. She is currently participating in the ongoing season of Khatron Ke Khiladi. When asked about her exit from GHKPM, Aishwarya expressed gratitude for the opportunity and said, “Just like all good things, even my association with the show has come to an end. While Pakhi’s journey has concluded, I carry a bag full of memories because this show has given me more than I expected. I feel indebted to GHKPM, as it has provided me with incredible experiences. Now, I believe it’s time to explore new opportunities.”
