The Episode starts with Harman wishing good morning to Soumya. Soumya says good morning as well. Harman says his day is good if he sees her face. Soumya says if the kids/future accept us then we will be very happy. Harman says we will win today. Soumya goes to make tea. Harman says we shall not be late. In the court, Chaddha tells that Rajat is gaining publicity by his interviews, and tells that he can’t get respect for kinnars. Rajat says it seems I have shaken you up in that press conference. He tells that a small incident happened, after which a boy accepted Soumya. He says I want that kid to speak in court. Chaddha says it seems you have just kids as witness. The tea seller brings Bunty to court. Rajat asks Bunty to tell what happened? Bunty tells everything whatever had happened and a fb is shown. He
Rajat calls Maninder’s friend to witness box. Maninder’s friend tells that he never knew that Soumya was a kinnar and tells that she used to take care of the guests at home. He tells that Soumya also respect everyone a lot. Rajat says when they all came to know about Soumya’s truth, everything changed and tells that they thought that they have become impure as they had water, etc with her hand. Some kinnars come there, clapping. Saya asks them to go. The kinnars refuse. Chaddha tells that he called them to proof that everyone was uncomfortable when they came here, and says what will happen when the kinnars stay with us 24/7. Rajat says I didn’t tell that everyone will change overnight. Chaddha tells that he wants to call Preeto singh to witness box. Preeto comes to the witness box. Rajat asks when did you come to know that she is a kinnar. Preeto says after marriage. Chaddha asks if she would have been known before then she would have got him son married to her. Rajat objects. Judge overrules. Preeto recalls slapping her and tells that surely, if I had known her then like I do it now. Chaddha says I came to know that you tried to kill her with Harak Singh and Varun’s help. He asks her to tell if she tried to kill her or not. Preeto says yes, I did. Sukha smiles. Preeto says but, today I can give my life for her. Chaddha says what happened suddenly, and asks why do you want to give your life for her, whom you wanted to kill at one point. Harman asks Chaddha to stop pestering his mother.
Chaddha asks when did you accept her? Preeto recalls Harak Singh kicking her out and Soumya taking her with her. Soumya tells Preeto, you shouldn’t tell, and asks Rajat to object. Rajat objects. Judge asks Rajat to sit. Chaddha asks Preeto to say. Preeto is silent. Chaddha says I will tell and tells that Harak Singh had brought Mohini to kick out Soumya, but kicked Preeto, when soumya took advantage of the situation and took her home. He says Preeto accepted her because of the favour which Soumya did on her. Rajat tells that they have saas and bahu relation etc. Chaddha says may be Preeto accepted her, as she fears that Harman will leave the house. Soumya asks Judge to ask Chaddha not to ask and trouble Preeto, and says she is my mum. Rajat tells that Chaddha’s thinking is very narrow and asks what might be the reason for Maninder’s thinking. He says yesterday, I was attacked by someone, and Maninder saved me, so that I can fight her case. Chaddha asks Rajat to come to witness box and says he will question him also. He asks him to come to witness box. Rajat goes to witness box.
