The Episode starts with Rohan telling Raavi, Sindhu, Mahi and others that Heer is alive. He says Nanu and Nani don’t want to bring her back home, says that Virat’s family will use her. He says sorry for telling them. Mahi asks where is she and how is she? Sindhu goes to the Mata Rani’s temple and lights the diya happily. She does her aarti and thanks her. Preeto looks at her. Sindhu prays for her happiness always, where ever she stays. Rohan says why she will stay at some other place, we will bring her home. Just then door bell rings. Rohan opens the door and finds Heer standing and carrying Kuhu in her arms. Everyone gets emotional and cries happily seeing her….Everyone thinks of their moments with her. Heer looks at Rohan emotionally. Rohan hugs her. They cry. Naseeba song plays…..Mahi also runs to the inhouse temple and brings the aarti. She hugs Heer and does her aarti. Naseeba song continues to play……Heer enters inside the house and gets emotional. She recalls her happy times with Harak Singh, Preeto, her brothers and others. Rohan asks them to see who has come? Raavi hugs her and cries. Sindhu also hugs her and cries.

Veeran asks if she is fine? Heer hugs him. Rohan says Heer couldn’t stay without us and returned home. Heer says sorry to Preeto for leaving hearing Virat’s condition. Preeto says if I would have been on your place, then would have done the same. Heer says Virat is my love and I will make him fine. Harak Singh says you had gone there, didn’t he become fine? Heer says no, and tells that he was stuck in that day, when I was drowned in the water and he couldn’t save me. She tells that she needs their help. She handovers Kuhu to Preeto and tells that she is Dr. Akshay’s daughter. She tells that Kuhu’s mother is her college friend Meenakshi and she had died 6 months back. She says she was taking care of her since then. He asks Preeto to take care of her. Rohan asks what is the guarantee that they will not bring your identity between you both. Heer says I understand, but this problem will come not again and asks Preeto to come inside. Heer and Preeto go inside. Preeto tells that they don’t want to lose again. Heer tells that the problems is happening due to her identity and says what if my identity changes. She says Dr. Akshay told me about the surgery, with which I can change my identity and can become a woman from kinnar. She says if everything gets fine, then I can stay with Virat as his wife. She tells Preeto that she wants to do this and asks her if this is a very big good news.

Preeto gets happy and hugs her. She says Mata Rani will make everything fine. She says I am with you. Heer says she wants to do this with Virat, as he never left me even after knowing my identity, now he is in this condition due to me, I want to stay with him forever as a girl. She says Doctor said about the risk, but I can risk my life. Preeto says everything will be fine and asks her to go, says she will take care of Kuhu. Heer goes from there. She comes to Sant Baksh’s house confidently and thinks their life will change in few days. She finds the smoke in the house and calls everyone. She finds the kadai on the stove and burning. She switches off the gas and keeps the kadai under the water. She finds Parmeet unconscious there and asks her to open her eyes, but she is unconscious. She goes out calling Gurwinder, Sant Baksh and others. She finds Isha unconscious too. She calls everyone and realizes Virat is in his room. Virat stands holding the knife and is about to stab her, but he falls down. Heer turns and looks at him. He tries to stab her and the knife gets stabbed in the house. Virat says you have to die, for killing my Heer. Isha opens her eyes and thinks your game is over today. She recalls going to kitchen, when Parmeet is cooking in the kitchen and hitting on her head with a rod. Parmeet faints and falls down. Isha then puts the kadai on the full flame and adds ghee to the dish. She says sorry Aunty, I know your intention will not let us meet, if Heer gets her surgery done, then we will never unite and I will not let this happen.
