The Episode starts with Heer asking the kinnar to think again and says nothing will happen if you kill me. Just then the kinnar gets a call from Angel, who asks her to bring Heer to the hospital safely and not to kill her. Virat says safely. Angel says yes, bring her safely. Angel is hanging on to the terrace while Virat is holding her hand. Everyone comes down and watch Virat holding Angel’s hand. Angel asks Virat to leave her and promises not to come between Heer and him. Virat says I told you many times not to come between us. He leaves hand. Angel is about to fall, but Virat holds her hand again. Isha looks on. Preeto asks him not to make his hands dirty by killing her. Parmeet also asks him to pull Angel up and not to take laws in his hand. Angel asks him to rescue her. Just then kinnars bring Heer
Dr. Akshay asks if she is ready for the surgery. Heer says surely. They are about to go inside the hospital, when Angel and other kinnars come there holding the lathis and tell that she will not let Heer get operated. She says she will not let a kinnar become a woman. She tells that she will ruined all their respect and asks a kinnar to go live on social media. Parmeet asks Sant Baksh to do something as Angel will ruin their respect. Sant Baksh calls his police force. Angel goes live and gives her introduction, tells that she is standing in Novel hospital and tells that a kinnar is getting her surgery done to become a woman. She asks Kinnar to turn the camera. Everyone hides their face. Daljeet breaks the kinnar’s mobile and slaps the kinnar. Angel and the kinnars get angry. Heer tells the kinnars that Angel is provoking them against her, for her bad intention. Angel asks the kinnars if they want Heer to get operation. They say no. Angel says she will stop them and raises the lathis to beat them, but Heer’s family come infront of them. Saya comes there with kinnars and stop Angel. Her kinnars fight with Angel’s kinnar. Saya says I will also come infront of Heer, whenever you try to harm her. She asks her to go else the consequences will be bad.
Angel says she don’t want kinnars to be slapped by this operation, and that’s why don’t want it. Saya hits the stick on her stomach and asks everyone to stop, else she will kill Angel. She asks Angel if a kinnar wants to lead a normal life after the operation, then from where it brings black spot to kinnar community. She says you all shall be happy that a kinnar wants to lead a good life, different from us. She says when a kinnar dies, we celebrate and gets happy, as she got rid of kinnar body. She says if a kinnar is getting rid of her kinnar body through operation, then what is your problem. She says Preeto ji told me yesterday and tells that when Heer’s matter is here, then I had to come here. She asks her to tell on whose insistence, she is doing this. Isha panics. Angel says what kind of kinnar you want, you want to end kinnar’s identity. If everyone gets operated and becomes woman, then kinnars’ existence will end. Heer says you people have nothing but greed in you and you just want to stop a kinnar from becoming a woman, as you are worried that all the kinnars will get operated and then what will happen to your greed. She asks her to stop if she can and says I am not alone, my husband, my friend and my two families are with me. She asks Virat to come. They all walk inside. Parmeet smiles while they walk in with Akshay, Harak Singh, Veeran, and others in tow. Angel asks Heer to stop and says if you will not stop then the consequences will be bad. She claps and the kinnars start making sound, wearing white and red sarees. Angel smirks. Heer looks shocked.
Precap: Heer slaps Angel and asks if she didn’t feel shame to call the goons here indisguise of kinnars, to fool her kinnars. Angel asks her to be quiet. Heer tells kinnars that Angel is doing this drama as she is greedy about money. Angel stabs Heer.
