The Episode starts with Isha asking Parmeet and Sant Baksh, if Heer is coming to treat Virat or will stay with him permanently. Virat hears them in subconscious state and says Heer…you have come. Isha holds his hand hearing him. Isha asks if Virat gets fine when she comes back, then will he let her go. Dr. Akshay and his friend are coming to the kinnars’ locality. Heer thinks if I let doctor meet Angel then everything will be finished.
Isha takes out Heer’s clothes and says Virat has kept them safely even now. She says she can’t bear anymore and will leave the house. Parmeet takes Heer’s clothes from her hand and keeps it back. She tells that until I am alive, I won’t let Heer go near Virat, says she was, is and will be a kinnar only. She asks her to keep the mangalsutra safe and says
Akshay’s friend gets a call. He signs Angel’s house to him and asks him to go there. Akshay is walking towards there. Heer thinks and pushes the cart kept there. Dr. Akshay moves back at the right time, looks here and there and goes towards the house. Heer thinks I have to do something with his phone, before he reaches Angel’s house. She collides with him intentionally and makes his phone fall down. Dr. Akshay says you would have walked properly. Heer says sorry. Dr. Akshay picks his phone and finds the display fine. He walks towards Angel’s house and rings the bell. Preeto comes out covering herself with the shawl. He asks did you know her, her name is Heer? Preeto says she don’t know her and closes the door. Heer takes a sigh of relief. Dr. Akshay finds the girl hiding who collided with him and finds her gone. Preeto removes shawl from her face. Harak Singh comes there. They recall and a fb is shown. Harak Singh and Preeto coming to Angel’s house and find it locked, when they enquire about her, neighbor tell that Angel went for teetra yatra. Harak Singh and Preeto break the lock and get inside the house. Fb ends. Harak Singh tells Preeto that they shall lock the door now.
Dr. Akshay runs behind Heer. Shakti song plays…Heer hides. He asks what do you know about her, come infront of me. He gets a message from hospital and calls them to inform that he is coming. Heer comes out from the hideout and is about to go, when a car hits her and she falls down on the road injured. Virat gains consciousness and shouts Heer. He faints again. Isha says injection effect. Sant Baksh asks if Virat will let Heer go after he gets fine. Parmeet tells that this time they will make Heer fall down from his eyes. The people gather at the accident spot and say they shall take her to the hospital. Harak Singh and Preeto come there and see her unconsciously lying on the road and injured. Harak Singh asks Dr. Akshay to treat her. Dr. Akshay sees her face and says Heer. He gets angry seeing her shawl and thinks he was running behind her. He asks where did you find her? Preeto says she met with an accident. Harak Singh stops her from telling further. Dr. Akshay calls Nurse to take her to ICU. Harak Singh tells Preeto that they shall leave from here. Preeto says if her truth comes out. Harak Singh says God will handle everything and asks her to come.
Lady doctor tells Dr. Akshay that she has some internal bleeding, but will be fine. Preeto thanks Mata Rani. The lady doctor asks Dr. Akshay how did he know Heer? He says Heer takes care of Kuhu in the house. The lady doctor appreciates him and calls him great. He asks what did I do? Lady doctor says you have kept a kinnar at your house for your daughter’s care. Dr. Akshay gets shocked. Lady constable says you kept her as a family member, that’s great. Dr. Akshay asks what are you saying? Lady doctor asks do you know that she is a kinnar?
Precap: Parmeet tells Preeto that she can go to any level in order to save Virat. Preeto vows whoever comes in between Heer’s happiness, will need to face Preeto first. Virat wakes up, frees himself, and runs screaming Heer’s name.
