The Episode starts with Virat asking Akshay to promise as well. Akshay smiles and promises not to take any decision without asking him. He says Heer is my friend and I will not do anything which brings problem between you both. Heer thanks Virat and hugs him. Angel hits the kinnars’ head with the wall and gets her injured. She says we will be like the one, God made us. She says you are ashamed of being kinnar. Isha asks her to do the same thing with Heer, and says I just spoke about the surgery and they got so much excited and asks her to see what they will do if Heer’s surgery gets successful. The kinnars take the injured kinnar from there. Angel says she is not of anyone’s friend. Isha says she has brought money and asks her to separate Virat and heer. She says she wants Virat. Angel recalls cursing
Akshay comes to Heer and tells that his family is not picking his calls and tells that he came to know that they went to Vaishno devi. Heer tells them that Maa can’t be away from him for long. A kinnar looks at them, as they sit in the car and goes. She calls Angel. Doctor calls Nurse and asks her to take Heer for the check up. Virat asks Heer to back off if she is feeling scared or want to back off. The kinnars look at them and tell that Doctor is getting Heer tests done. After 3 days, Doctor tells Virat, Akshay and Heer that there is no complication and we can easily get the surgery done. Virat asks Akshay to see the reports. Akshay tells that everything is fine, Heer will get the operation done within 5 days and she will become the girl. The Nurse hears them and calls Angel, informs her everything. Isha hears them and tells Angel that Heer can’t be so lucky. Angel tells that she will not let this operation done, and tells that she has plan. She tells that she will get Heer punished for getting the surgery done and for that she needs money. Isha says I will give, don’t worry. Angel says Virat is yours, don’t worry.
Daljeet opens the door and finds Virat and Heer standing. Daljeet says you. Virat says yes. They get inside. Sant Baksh says we have broken the relation with you. Parmeet tells that you have snatched our son and then brought him here. Heer says no, we came to inform you that we got the solution. Parmeet says your identity is the problem and asks if you can become a girl from kinnar. Heer says yes and tells that she is getting s*x change operation and after that she will be a normal girl and not a kinnar. She tells that Doctor got the tests done and everything is normal. Virat shows the reports and says she has operation after 5 days. Parmeet looks at the report. Heer says I can understand that you can’t accept a kinnar as a bahu, but will you accept me if I become a girl/woman fully. She asks her to say and tells that she is doing this, so that her sasural don’t break and Virat don’t have to choose between her and them. She asks her to tell if they will accept her as their bahu. Parmeet says if this can happen, if you can become a girl from kinnar then we will accept you as our bahu. Heer and Virat get happy.
Isha tells that she will not let Heer accepted by the community and laughs. Parmeet says I have a condition and says if the operation is not successful then you have to leave Virat forever. Heer promises her that if this doesn’t happen, then she will go away from Virat’s life forever. Virat gets angry and goes out. Heer takes the file and goes out.
At Harak Singh’s house, Virat is angry with Heer. Heer brings something to the room. Someone is standing outside their house.. Heer hugs Virat and asks him to calm down. Virat asks why did you promise my Maa, I agreed for this operation as you wanted to become a girl. Why did you commit to my Maa. Heer makes him have kheer and asks why is he getting negative and says my reports are normal and Dr. Abhishek is good surgeon. She asks him to think about positive side and says every problem will be solved. Virat says you should have talked to me before committing to her. He says I can’t live without you. The mysterious guy/girl writes something on the paper. He throws the petrol balloon in the room. Virat sees it and makes Heer bent down at the right time. The mysterious guy throws the letter with the stone. Virat comes down and runs behind her. The mysterious guy is actually Angel, who sits in the car and leaves as Isha drives off. Isha asks if the work is done. Angel says they might have seen the letter by now and the family will be scared now.
