The episode starts with Dev rejecting Sinha’s coaching center offer and saying he will not misuse his wife’s professional position. he walks out. Natru tells Payal if she does not like her husband’s success. Santoshi and Jaiswal back him. Payal says she feels the deal is good and will speak to Dev.
Dev in his room reminisces Sinha’s words. Payal enters. He says he is not ready to misuse her name and position. She says both situations are different and if she promotes coaching center, students will enroll, but it will be his hard work that student’s future will depend on. She insists to accept partnership deal for her sake.
Sinha’s son tells Sinha that they will get many promoters if they throw money. Ayodhya sayshe enquired about his coaching center and knows that their coaching center is not running well and is in the midst of shutting down, so they don’t have any other option. Dev comes down with Payal and says he accepts their offer. Natru gets happy and asks Santoshi to distribute sweets. He asks Dev to hug him and says he wants him to succeed in life. Sinha’s son asks him to accompany him to office to finish paper work. Dev says he will com tomorrow.
Natru and Ayodhya enjoy milkshake at terrace and natru asks him to work on getting PWD tender and kick Gulkan out of his life. Ayodhya asks him not to worry, he will get tender at any cost.
Dev gets ready in the morning and prays god to help him do well in his new partnership for Payal’s sake. Payal comes out of bathroom and asks him to reactivate her bank account as she is finding difficulty. She wishes him best of luck.
Natru and Santoshi dance and song with their overacting and discuss that tomorrow is 1st and they will get Payal’s salary and Dev will also be signing partnership deed with coaching center, so money will flow from both sides and they can grab as they like. Gulkan sees that and to teach them a lesson pours oil on floor. Natru and Santoshi slip over each other and writhe in pain. Gulkan asks if they are feeling the pain when he tricked and made her slip from stairs. Natru calls Ayodhya. Ayodhya, Dev and Payal run to pick them up. Ayodhya asks how did it happen. Gulkan says they were dancing. Santoshi says she poured oil on floor and made them slip. Gulkan says she took her revenge. Ayodhya gets irked. Dev says Gulkan she also did mistake like Natru and it is wrong. Natru asks Dev and Payal to leave. He calls Jugnu and asks him to massage his body.
Payal enters her official car and wishes Dev good luck for his partnership.
Precap: Commissioner informs Payal that Tejaswini coaching center is involved in exam paper leak scandal. Payal calls Dev to stop him from signing partnership deed, but he does not pick her call.
