“The heartless Shivay Singh Oberoi….. hmmmm… you considered the old SSO to be correct at every place the day bhabhi left you” Om continued. He took a pause but again started “no rather you left bhabhi…… and today you seriously proved how much heartless you can be… you made that girl to get accused in this condition by any random girl who did all this for you… yess only for you?” Om now actually was ready to spill out the truth. “In this condition? For me?” Shivay asked narrowing his eyes “Om please stop I beg you please…” Anika again pleaded. Her tears were not stopping for a moment. No one was paying any heed to Anika’s request and soon Rudra continued “yes Mr. oberoi… this condition… look at her can’t you see how much tired is she by bearing all the hurts and blames….. she our khidkitor Anika bhabhi who can fight with anybody but can’t fight with you is just left broken” “What happened to her? Which condition you both are referring to? Please speak up you two damn it” Shivay again reminded them that they haven’t finished yet, he was getting restless more than that a fear of being guilty is again surrounding him.
Soon Gauri continued with the next part of the story “didi… Anika didi is suffering from high fever and severe headache from past two days” after completion Gauri looked towards Anika who was crying vigorously. “Our bhabhi whom we all admired for her strong nature, whom we loved for her khidkitor style is now all shattered and today you just proved that you never trusted her bare bhaiyaa” Soumya at last spilled out what was going through her mind all this time. “i… I.. I never… I never meant to…” Shivay tried to explain but soon got cut by Om in the middle “now please don’t say you never meant to hurt her… because this line doesn’t suit you now” as soon he completed he left Anika whom he was giving support to stand all this while. Anika felt a numbness on her legs and was about to fall but Shivay ran towards her and held her “Ani..Anika..”. after getting her strength back Anika showed her palm to Shivay and soon freed herself from his hold. “Please…” Anika cried as she tried for the last time to stop all this. But her last request did not get registered in any of them’s ears. Om continued “Mr. Oberoi you always blamed bhabhi for leaving you and breaking your trust…… no.. not for breaking you… but…” Om stopped and looked towards Pinky who signaled him no but Om continued “but.. it was your mom who was behind everything every misunderstanding….. three months back”
“Mommm…..???” Shivay could not believe what Om just said “how can she be involved in this matter?” he again asked. “She was Shivay… not only involved but the main culprit behind everything” Jhanvi now spoke up losing all her control. “Jethani ji….” Pinky tried to stop her by howling at her but it was too late. “Stop it now Pinky… still not understood the pain you gave to both these souls, both these hearts which beat for each other” Jhanvi howled back and stopped Pinky. Shivay was now making himself ready to face the ultimate situation. “Say it Om… what did mom do?” Shivay said gathering all the courage. Now the time came, so without wasting a microsecond Om continued “Mr. Oberoi.. choti maa was against Anika bhabhi every time… her actual side came in front when you started to spend the most happy life with your wife” Om again looked towards her. This time Rudra continued “She asked Anika bhabhi to go out your life.. she granted her three days for that” “yes.. and she became much more violent when you was about to confess your feelings to Anika didi…. So she asked Anika didi to create a drama so that you start hating her, so that you push her out of the house” Gauri stopped. “And she blackmailed Anika bhabhi every now and then…..that” Soumya stopped as her voice choked while saying or disclosing the ultimate truth.
Now Om understood that this matter should stay amongst Oberois only and thus he asked the security to get out every other person from there. Soumya turned to go. “Sumo….where are you going??” Rudra questioned. “Om bhaiyaa said that only Oberois can stay over here and I am not an….” Soumya could not complete her words and Rudra interrupted in middle “who said you are not an Oberoi? You are my wife and how can you forget that?” everyone’s face got covered with a sad smile. Shivay was the one who was eagerly waiting for the next part of the story “that…..” Shivay spoke. Om understood the situation and soon got ready to become the last one to hurt Shivay “that…. That.. you.. you..you are illegitimate child of chote papa” he completed in a go with his eyes closed. Shivay’s legs trembled…. He looked upto everyone present there, he looked up to his so called mom. He fell down losing his own control over his legs. The tears that he was holding all through burst out of his eyes. The world went black for him. From inside he knew he was not at all hurt after knowing his illegitimacy truth rather he was hurt because his own mother whom he respected and loved became the Brutus at last, the last one to stab him.
He gathered all his courage and stood up and walked up to his mother “mom…” the soft voice came out from his throat that can make everything fine at a go but he continued “are they speaking the truth?” “beta… I… please… beta” Pinky tried to explain but again Shivay interrupted but this time in a harder tone “are they speaking the truth?” “Yes” as soon the word made its way through Pinky’s mouth she fell on the ground crying very badly. Soon Mahi came there in search of his both the sisters. He was shocked to see the situation and turned back to go. “Wait…. Mahi” Shivay called him. Mahi turned back and stopped “the securities allowed you because I asked them to and now you are also connected to this so how can you go?” Shivay said while joining all the left over dots. “How could you mom?” he directly questioned Pinky. Pinky tried to explain everything that she has faced after becoming the bahu of Oberoi Family. She explained how Shakti ignored her every time. She explained and again considered herself as the Stephaney of an old scooter. She explained the pain she have been suffering from after her marriage. With every word her voice cracked, her throat got choked but she completed and at last she said she was insecure of losing her child whom she has not given birth but is the jewel piece of her life to Anika. Everything got cleared. Shivay was now hurt. He was broken not because he does not belong to Oberoi Family but because he is the sole reason for all the hatred. Shivay sotod up to go but destiny had some other plans for him.
“The revelation is not over yet Shivay” Shakti said loudly. Shivay’s footsteps stopped. “What do you mean?” he was not in any mood to waste his time so he asked directly. “Exactly thirty four years back from today’s date …. I and Pinky was expecting our child, it was her first month” Shakti looked at Pinky who was trying to compose and control herself by then. He continued “that day when I was returning after one meeting a man came in front of my car intentionally and accident took place, he died on the spot,…….. I … I was feeling helpless” Shakti looked down to continue further “just then from nowhere Kamini came.. she told me it’s her husband, I tried to sympathize her but she had different plans, she recorded the accident. She started to blackmail me… and I started to get blackmailed” it was the eighth month of Pinky’s pregnancy…. The wish that Kamini kept in front of me pushed me hard to the ground…… I refused to agree but again the same blackmail and I agreed at last” now Shakti walked up to Pinky and looked directly towards her eyes “Shivay and Mahi are our son….. that Kamini forced me to give away one child to her and she also forced me to say it to you that Shivay and Mahi are mine’s and Kamini’s son” Shakti again looked down to gather courage and then continued “Pinky these two are our child” he completed. Pinky as if got the best news she can get in this world. All her happiness returned. She wanted to hug them both tight but her guilt stopped her.
She understood what wrong she did with those two souls. She apologized to everybody. And lastly spoke Anika’s name but she were nowhere to be seen. Shivay’s eyes started searching her badly but in vein. He understood she left but he was then desperate to hug her, to apologize to her and so he assured every one that soon he will be back with his bride and went out to search for Anika…. His soul, his love… they were yet to become one.
