Episode 11;
Scene 1:Pareikh Mansion.
As soon as Avni went inside the house,he ran to her room and closed the door but didn’t lock it. ,Neela felt that something was wrong so she called Sunehri as she’s the daughter of her friend and also Avni’s best friend.
Neela:Sunehri,did something happen at the casino ,Avni seems to be very angry.
Sunehri:(Narrates the whole incident that happened at the Casino)so …a ….w..wo actually Neil wants to meet you at chamko cafe .
Neela:I cant ,meet him ,and even if I will come than who will be with Avni.
Sunehri:So,oh yeah I will come there.
Neela:No,I wont come ,if Neil wants to know anything or tell anything ,you talk to him.
Scene 2:Chamko cafe.
Sunehri:Neela aunty wont come,you can ask me whatever you want.
Neil:But……um…….ok ,so is Avni single.
Sunehri:(Nods in a yes)
Neil:Because of me?
Sunehri:ya,by the way Why are you asking all this, what do you hope to achieve ?
Neil:Avni’s love
Sunehri laughed sardonically
Sunehri:You lost that a long time ago, when you made the decision to break your marriage after completing half of the rituals ,that also in front of media and announced that you never loved Avni ,you have no damn right to even try to win her back, you ruined her life, do you know how many men had tried to touch her make bets about her,only because you broke your marriage with her after literally completing half of the rituals.
Neil hissed, anger laced in his voice They tried to rape her,
Sunehri: Why are you so shocked, its all your damn fault, She got so many threats had to move away from Mumbai dont ruin the rest of her life now.
Neil:W….was …………she…r…Ra ……raped.
Sunehri:No,but…..she got….addicted ……to….to…post-traumatic stress relief pills for at least one month.
Neil was not able to look into Sunehri’s eyes,he knew that whatever happened with Avni,happened because of him.
Neil:It happened because of me ,but I love her.
Sunehri:WHO THE F*** DO YOU THINK YOU ARE ,YOU WILL BREAK ANYBODY’S HEART ,RUIN THERE LIFE AND GO AWAY AND THEN ONE DAY YOU WILL COME BACK AND SAY THAT YOU WANT YOUR LOVE BACK.
Neil:BUT,I LOVE HER.
DD:WHO GAVE YOU THE RIGHT TO SHOUT AT MY WIFE.AND YOU ARE NO,ONE FOR US OR FOR AVNI,SO GET USED TO RECEIVING HATRED ,CAUSE YOU DESERVE IT MR.NEIL KHANNA.
Neil:But there was a misunderstanding (narrates ,how karan showed him that video)
DD:AND YOU BELEIVED HIM.
Neil:I no what I did was wrong but I everyone deserves a second chance.
DD:ya everyone deserves a second chance but keep in mind IF YOU EVEN THINK OF BREAKING AVNI’S HEART AGAIN INSTEAD OF JOINING IT I WILL BREAK YOU.
Neil:ok.
Sunehri :But,don’t forget we will never forgive you for what you did.
Scene 3:Pareikh Mansion.
Neela went to Avni’s room to check on her but what she saw ,shattered her………
Don’t touch me!” Avni screamed stumbling backward, hitting her head against the wall. “Please! Dont touch me!”,No you all cant t..touch me only because he broke our marriage after it was half completed .She slid down the wall to the floor, in manic sobs that rattled through her shattered body. She curled her arms around her knees and hugged them to her body protectively, due to trauma.Stay away from me! Stay away! Please- please don’t hurt me…Neela frowned at Avni’s state, tears in her eyes seeing her daughter suffer through those memories again.
“It’s okay baccha… your safe now… no one is here… anymore… and I won’t let anyone do anything to you again Neela stroked her hair and finally calmed her down a little. She stopped punching the air frantically and fell exhausted in to her mother’s arms.
Neela rubbed Avni’s back gently, pecking the top of her head as she broke out of her psychotic trance and realised that it was just a hallucination, “It’s going to be okay baccha, You will find someone who will love you truly.
“I’m never falling in love again…” Avni muttered in to her chest, her eyes burning in pain.
“But baccha not all men are like Neil ,someone would keep you happy.Avni smiled faintly, but a single tear fell from her eye, Khushi sab ki kismat main nahi likhi hoti hai maa… (Love is not in everybody’s fate maa )I will not trust anyone with my heart ever again.
Neela sighed, knowing it couldn’t carry on like this, her daughter was broken from inside. This blazing fiery front of hers was just a facade and she needed someone that could heal her, piece together the shattered fragments of her soul.And she knew that only Neil could do so.
Neela sent Avni to her bed to sleep.but Avni was not able sleep as memories kept drifting into her mind ,Unable to bear it anymore, she dragged herself out from the bed and went towards the window, in need of some fresh Air. A slight cold breeze danced through her shoulder making her free curls to twirl with it. She gazed above to see the dark clouds, ready to pour with all its might. She couldn’t care less about the storm, while all of her focus was on the storm brewing in her heart, and in her life.
Her gaze shifted from Moon towards the grass beautifully spread on the ground like a carpet. And there she saw him. Standing with Slumped shoulders, innocently pleading, intently staring chocolaty brown eyes darted on her, trying to convey his unsaid emotions in best ways possible. The defeated broken mess standing in front of her, broke her heart, yet again. His sincere appealing gaze tugging on her heart effectively, more efficently than his words.
He stretched out his hand in an attempt to reach her from the ground. Almost at the same time her hand streched out in his direction but soon she pulled it and placed it over windowsill. He curled his fingers mimicking a gesture of holding her hand. At the same time she pressed her palm on window as if trying to hold his hand. The sky lit up with a flash of lightning and the thunder roared, while the determined lover had vowed to bring back his lost love.
