Episode 17;
Scene 1: Pareikh Mansion.
Avni ,suddenly turns back and sees a small box.
Rehta:Avu,open it.
Avni opens it and sees her book with the heading ,Love is pain the bestselling book of the year under the genere heartbreak with more than 200 million buyers all over the world.
Avni:But when did this happen.
Neela:I came to know it 1 week ago,by a friend ,so I thought to give this to you as a birthday gift.
Reha:And ya we have one more birthday gift for you ,so here you go (she gives 2 keys to Avni )
Avni:Wow a new car and a flat I guess so.
Reha:Ya a car and the key of your new office which has a library ,and a studio Apartment ,a swimming pool and many more things .
Avni:Thanks but…….
Suddenly the light’s go off .
Avni:(Whispers)Darkness.
Suddenly the Light’s come back and Avni sees Neil standing in front of her with a bouquet of black roses with A written in the between with some White roses.
Neil:(in a slurred voice as he was drunk)Take these and forgive me Avni.
Avni:(slaps him and throws the bouquet on the floor)FORGIVE YOU …..MY FOOT,HOW DID YOU EVEN THINK THAT I WILL FORGIVE YOU AFTER WHAT YOU DID MR NEIL KAHNNA ,YOU COULD HAVE EASILY ASKED ME WHETER THAT VIDEO WAS REAL OR NOT BUT NO MR NEIL KHANNA’S EGO CAME IN BETWEEN SO HE DECIDED THAT HE WILL LEAVE ME HALF MARRIED ,DONT YOU DARE SHOW YOUR FACE TO ME AGAIN ,I HATE YOU ,I JUST HATE YOU .(saying this she threw the key of her new office on the floor took the key of the new car and went outside )
Neela:GO AWAY FROM MY DAUGHTERS LIFE MR.NEIL KHANNA ,I DONT WANT TO SEE HER DIE ,GO ,GET OUT FROM MY HOUSE .
At the same time DD and Sunehri came there .
DD beats Neil and throws him out of the house ,Neil somehow goes back to his studio apartment .While Reha ,Reyansh and Ali go out to find Avni.
Scene 2:A cliff.
Reyansh’s pow.
We searched for Avni di for almost 6 hours now We were almost on the outskirts of the city on the Ghat when suddenly Ali bhai took a sharp turn which leads to a if we say precisely a kaccha road.As the road gets narrow I could see Avni di’s car parked in front of a flight of stairs.Ali Bhai parks the car right next to it and in no time runs up the stairs but Reha di was fast than him .I noticed that there are no vehicles other than ours .As I reached to the top I saw Avni di sitting on a two feet wall, looking at the view below. Reha di joined and sat next to her where as I sat far away on the stone giving them time and space.I felt someone sitting next to me, I knew it’s Ali Bhai hence I didn’t look away from the view. We could see the City and the Arabian Sea meeting at the Queens Necklace.The view was calming, it was soo quite, it gave me time to think, time to process.Ali bhai and i sat in a comfortable silence, trying our level best to understand and digest whatever happened today. -” Will everything be alright, back to the way it was?” I voiced my thoughts.
-” I am not sure of anything else but this Reyansh that Avu and Neil’s bond is strong, stronger than we will ever know. It’s a bad phase, they will pass this and at the end will be TOGETHER
I heard him say..
This is what I needed… An assurance!.
Reyansh’s pow ends.
Reha’s pow.
The only thing running in my mind was Avni I know she won’t let her feelings out, even if she is alone. She is a brave girl but not brave enough to open up her emotions to herself.
Again…. She is Avni!
I was sitting next to her ,thoughts still running in my mind. I don’t know what I was feeling, it was quiet outside but there were noises and screaming inside me. My mind had thoughts yet it was blank. I wanted to talk to her but no words came out of my mouth. How could I talk to her and tell her when she is going through a lot worse.
Oh Lord! Its all because of Neil ,This girl was always smiling, always laughing, who talked as if there is no tomorrow is quiet as hell. How could Neil do something like this to her.
I could see tears trying to find their way out but Avni being her would not allow them to. I could see the fear inside them holding hands with sadness.I suddenly missed those eyes who had Twinkle, Happiness and Hope in them at all the times.But what happend 4 years ago made Avni very weak from inside though she sometimes cried but I don’t know why didn’t she cry today.
My hand went and took its place on Avni ‘s hand without giving me a prior notice. I am trying my levelbest to show that I am here and will never leave her side. Just then those tears found their way out and she buried her face in my shoulders crying her heart out.
I stroked her soft hair while whispering smoothing words to her , assuring her everything will be okay. There is no need to worry, she is going to pass this.
Slowly she stopped crying, her head still on my shoulders and her arms around my waist. There was silence between us.. a comfortable one.We sat there for some more time till darkness surrounded us.We both got up to look for Ali and Reyansh We saw them sitting a few meter away.Looking at us coming towards them, they both got up. They had sadness on their faces. Seeing Avni Ali rushedtowards her and hugged the life out her, I wished I knew what was going through Avni’s mind but its beyond anyone’s understanding. Till the time the besties would be back, I went up to Reyansh and gave him a side hug.
Reha’s pow ends.
All went home Avni went straight to her room after some time Neela came to her room with some food .
Neela:Avu,eat this.
She feeds Avni and gives her assurance that everything will be fine.And asks Avni to smile.She and smiles.A smile which was enough to lit the room and assure Neela that her Baccha is right next to her then slowly Avni drifts to sleep in Neela’s arms.
