The scene starts on the shocking face on kunj….
Kunj- TWINKLEEEÈ……( shouts…)…
He ran towards her… she was lying down on the floor blood was oozing out of her forhead…. as wen she tried to stand properly on her legs…she lost her balance nd fell down striking his head wid the table…..
Kunj immediately picked her up in his arms…nd took her inside the room…. nd placed on her bed…
Kunj- w8..tw ( running here nd there in the search of first aid…)… o man…where the hell is that kit… ( he was searching the every drawer…nd wwas throwing most of the things…. ) yaar hw cud i be so careless….hw can i leave tw alone….w8…i shud call a doctor…bt it will take tym…nd why the hell their is no first aid… while saying this his eyes gets filled wid tears…nd his hand also got a cut bt he paid no attention to it…nd was busy finding first aid kit…. at last he get it from the side table….
He immediately picked it nd moved towards tw….nd does her first aid… he made her lye properly on bed arranging pillows behind her…
Nw it was tym for tw to hear scoldings….
Kunj- wat u think of urself haan….??? Cant u take care of urself wen i m nt around…see if smething else happened to u… ( tears were continously rolling down her eyes)… have u ever thought wat will happen of me…??? He finally hugged her nd cried his heart…. tw was feeling bad on seeing his condition….this tym she again tried….nd she wss finally succedded in wrapping her shivering hands around his shoulder
Tw- Kkuuunnnjjjjjj……aaah..
Kunj comess back to his senses nd was shocked, surprised, happy and everything….on seeing tw speaking nd reciprocating his hug… bt again got tensed as she shouted…
Kunj- ( breaking the hug nd cupping her face)- o god!! Tw u …u r fine…i m sooo happy….( again tears rolling down…).. bt u shouted wat happened… r u f9 ?? Do u need smething..??? He was speaking continously until tw shushed him by placing her hand on his lips…
Tw( slowly bt in audible voice as she is still weak)- shhhh kunj..kitna bolte hoo…i m f9… nd yes i m back…
Kunj again hugged her tightly…this tym tears rolling down both of their eyes…telling the amount of pain they have gone thru nd happiness they get in a fraction of seconds….
They brokke the hug nd was seeing each other intensefully…kunj cupped her face nd planted the kiss on her forehead nd made her lye down….as she is still weak….
She slept while kunj was caressing her hairs….this tym tears of happiness were rolling down his eyes… he remembered smething and called the doctor…..
Doctor came after smetym nd checked tw….nd declared she is fine bt still weak nd need to take rest…..
LOVE….jst a foour letter word…isnt it..??? Bt having a deep meaning inside it… kunj loved her soo much that while she was fallen…he didnt care h this happened bt jst cared to make her fine… his brain stopped working wss nt able to find a first aid kit beside him…. bcz her condition didnt gave him tym to think…. wen he realised she is fine…then he felt that he got her lost world…. we cant say that tw love him less…. she fought wid her condition to cme back to life…. the amt of pain kunj went these months…same she has gone throw… bt she was helpless…she is now weak enough bt jst cared for her kunj….she jst wanted to calm him…
Tw was laying on the bed…nd kunj was sitting beside her caressing her hairs…… they were talking to each other via eyes…… happinesss can be clearly seen on their faces….??….
Then aftrr sme tym…..
Samar came their ( he is unaware that tw is fine)…. so kunj left tw to get sme medicines as prescribed by the doctor…..
Tw wss laying on bed closing her eyes…..
Samar thinking that she is still in coma….
Samr- i m sry tw…i m nt a good brother for u….. ( stroking her hairs..)… u r still staying wid that person nd i was nt able to do anything…. bt nt now… nw i will destroy him completly nd will help u out….. tw who was listening this by closing her eyes….. was shocked nd immediately opened her eyss…..
Tw- bhai nhi….aap yeh kya keh rhe ho…??? ( bhai no….wat r u saying this…????)
Samar was shocked surprised happy nd confused ……
Samar- tw tu …??? Tu theek hai…??? Mtlb…( he was extremely happy tears were rolling down his eyes…he placed his hand on her cheeks..)…

Tw( placing her hand on his)- haan bhai….i m f9… (also having tears in her eyss…bt suddenly remembers smething)- bt bhai wat wrre u saying abt kunj nd destroy…..
Samr- u still care for him…????
Tw- bhai u also know ki wtever happened their is no fault of him in this…bt why dont u accept this…???
Samar stands from their nd turns her face – huhhh… tw how shd i make u understand…this all is done for him…?????? if nt by him….
Twinkle- bhai par…..( samar left from their as kunj came…….leaving tw thinking abt the incident which changed her life…)
