Sayli Salunkhe pours her heart out about Bohot pyaar Karte Hai going off air

TV show Bohot Pyaar Karte Hai is going off air by mid-December and the cast recently wrapped up the shoot with a heavy heart. In a recent interaction with Etimes, Indu aka Sayli Salunkhe poured her heart about the show going off air and her future plans.

Talking about the news of it all coming to an end, she says,”When I got a call for Bohot Pyaar Karte Hai while I was doing Spy Bahu, I was elated. Then I came to know that I was starring opposite Karan V Grover in my first lead show. I was really happy and a little nervous as I didn’t know how things would go as he is a senior actor, but from the first day, he made me feel very comfortable and we became great friends. I am really going to miss him and I can’t believe that my show is going off-air. I ended up making a new big family and I had one of the best times while shooting for Bohot Pyaar Karte Hai. I felt disappointed as we had just begun to gel with each other and plugs were pulled.”

Was it justified for the show to end in just 6 months? To this she said,”Of course! But it is not in our hands to keep the show running, it is the channel and the production’s decision and as artists, we cannot really do anything about it. Our jobs were to bring the story and characters to everyone’s home with our show. I have enjoyed this journey and tried out best to spread the love with our characters and show.”

“I have learned a lot from the show, Karan has taught me something new every day and he took an effort in teaching me the nuances of acting and helped me grow with the show. All my co-actors supported me and taught me how to keep understanding and refining my skill.” says the actress.
