The Episode starts with Dr. Malhotra coming to see Savitri and tells her that kids missed her so much and it was difficult for him to spend time, and would be thinking when she will return. Veer asks him not to do drama and says if you had really cared for her then you wouldn’t had hidden her. He asks him to stop pretending. Savitri scolds him and defends Dr. Malhotra asking Veer to hug Dr. Malhotra lovingly. Dr. Malhotra hugs him. Gayatri comes there and is shocked seeing them hugging and thinks this is not the right sign. She runs to Savitri and says you have no idea how much I missed you. Savitri looks surprisingly and says she has identified her. She says you are Gayatri, Anand’s secretary. Gayatri says much is changed now. Now I am Anand’s….Dr. Malhotra says senior secretary. Gayatri thinks how dare he to tell this. Dr. Malhotra asks her to go as they are spending some family time. Veer looks on. Dr. Malhotra says he will come later and goes.

Sanchi comes to Savitri. Savitri asks her to come to her. Sanchi thinks to clear her doubt. She asks do you know me? Savitri says I know you have made me fine. Sanchi asks do you remember where do I meet you first. Savitri says no and thanks her. Sanchi asks did you remember what I talk to you in garden. Savitri says she don’t remember anything. Veer brings food for Savitri and says it have all your favorite dishes. Savitri asks who told you. Veer says Dadi and instructed me to make you eat with my hand. He makes her eat. Savitri also makes him eat. He gets emotional.

Jaya tells Dadi that Savitri don’t remember anything. Dadi tells her that Savitri is back in our life because of God’s miracle and everything will be fine as well. Khushboo comes and asks what she is seeing. Jaya says old album. She asks about Sunny? Khushboo says he is studying. She wonders what is in the album. Sunny talks to the girl planted by Khushboo. She asks who is she to him. Sunny says new girl friend. Dadi comes there and asks him to sleep. Girl asks if he will come to party, Sunny says surely.

Vikrant asks Priya to get water for him and goes. Priya thinks thank God, you made Maa fine. Sanket is in the kitchen. Priya gets shocked seeing him. Sanket asks her not to worry. Priya tells him that her mum is found and she got fine. Sanket asks then what you are doing here? Priya looks sadly. Sanket asks why she is bearing Vikrant torture. Priya says it is her personal matter. Vikrant calls priya and comes to kitchen. Priya hides Sanket beside the fridge. Vikrant opens the fridge and gets water, eyeing Priya. He then warns Priya and shows his goon aiming gun on Dadi. Priya gets shocked and tells that she was bringing water for him. Sanket thinks why did Priya get scared.

Vaidehi thinks to book tickets back to Ambala. She calls agent and asks him to book AC bus tickets. Gayatri comes there and asks where is she going. Vaidehi tells that Dr. Anand humiliated them today and called you secretary. Gayatri says nothing will happen as she got house papers and will show everyone’s place to them.

Veer comes to Sanchi and tells her that he is very happy today as his mum made him have food with her hand. His childhood dream is fulfilling. He thanks her. He asks why did you support Jaya? Sanchi says your mum said that she is your friend. Veer has still doubts on Jaya and her daughter.

Gayatri asks Dr. Malhotra to transfer house on her name and says today you have kicked me out of your life. She says where I will go if you kick me out of house. She says she can’t risk her life and asks him to sign on the house papers. Dadi comes and asks Dr. Malhotra not to sign and tells that Savitri is back and is the rightful owner. Gayatri threatens him that she will tell Savitri that she is his wife now, and says if anything happens to her then you will be responsible. Dr. Malhotra agrees to sign. Adarsh and Neeta are shocked. Dadi is upset and goes. Dr. Malhotra signs on the papers and asks Gayatri to bring sweets. Gayatri goes inside to bring sweets. Dr. Malhotra then gives money to lawyer and asks him to leave the city and don’t pick Gayatri’s call and forget about these papers. Lawyer takes money and goes. Gayatri brings sweet and gives to Dr. Malhotra. Dr. Malhotra asks her to become his secretary infront of Savitri else he will go and stay in farm house with Savitri. Vaidehi asks Gayatri to stop him. Gayatri agrees to become his secretary and says she agreed as she really loves him. They have a hug. Adarsh smiles. He comes to Neeta and tells her that the papers are signed, but will not be registered. He sent the lawyer on paid vacation. He says Bhaiyya still have all rights.

Sanket comes to Vikrant and asks him to sign on some papers. Vikrant signs on the papers. Priya comes and sees Sanket taking Vikraant’s phone and gets worried. Sanket goes and checks his phone. He sees gun is aiming at someone and understands that Priya is silent that’s why.

Veer asks Savitri if she wants anything. Savitri tells him that she spent many years here, but want to go home now. She asks if he will take her home. Veer says surely and says that building will become home if you stay there. He hugs him. Dr. Malhotra hears them and thinks to do something to keep his both wives separate.

Veer comes to Dr. Kabir. Dr. Kabir asks if he haven’t gone home. Veer says I want to say something and thanks him for everything. Dr. Kabir says you are always welcome, I can’t let anything happen to your mum. I am so glad that I could help you mum. Veer gets emotional and hugs him. He says whatever you did for my mum is priceless. He gives a toy car to him thanking him. He says I will give you real car when I become a full fledge doctor. Dr. Kabir says I will wait for that day even though I will not accept the gift. Sanchi talks to Jaya and says now she can’t meet Savitri as she is going home.

Dr. Malhotra hears staff gossiping about him and asks Adarsh to declare elections to make everyone busy. Savitri is brought home. She enters home and stumbles. Gayatri as secretary smirks.
