The Episode starts with Sanchi telling Dr. Kabir that it is her duty to respect them. Dr. Kabir asks her not to fight with him for them and says I am your family. Ria brings Gayatri to dining table so that she can have food with everyone. Savitri asks her to sit. Dr. Kabir and Sanchi come and sit on the table. Gayatri comes near Sanchi and takes her name. She asks are you Sanchi? She says you are married to Veer, then why are you sitting with Dr. Kabir. She asks her to go and make food for everyone. Savitri says Sanchi is not our bahu now, she married Dr. Kabir. Gayatri says so finally you got married. She says wow and laughs. She says this girl had trapped Veer first and then you. Dr. Malhotra asks Ria to take Gayatri to room and give her breakfast there. Ria takes her to room. Dr. Malhotra asks Sanchi
She gets a call and rushes to hospital. She asks Jaya how can you do this and leave from here suddenly. Jaya says there is no reason to stay here. Sanchi says this hospital is Papa and your dream and you have right on him. Jaya says you have splashed water on my dreams and rights, and says you have crossed your limits and have broken relations. She says I have just one son and I am going to him. She gives her shares to Kabir and leave. Sanchi cries. Dr. Kabir asks her to calm down and says I can understand your pain. Sanchi says you can’t understand and says it is good that she left, I will miss her, but I will be relieved that she is with Sunny and will not let anything happen to him. A man comes and tells Dr. Kabir that they have to start the event. Dr. Kabir asks Sanchi to accept the truth and complete the hospital challenge. He announces heart transplant marathon and tells that all surgeons in the hospital will do all cardiac surgeries. Sanchi hopes Veer would have been part of the event. Sanchi and Dr. Kabir do the patients’ surgeries separately.
Media also come there and tell that the hospital has completed 15 surgeries till now. Suddenly Sanchi sees doctors coughing and asks Nurse. Nurse says Doctors got viral infection and now they can’t do surgeries. Dr. Kabir says hearts are brought and they have to do many surgeries. Sanchi says they shall call Veer as his specialization is cardiology. Dr. Kabir says never. A patient asks Sanchi when they will do his son’s operation. Veer thinks about Dr. Kabir’s taunts. Savitri comes and asks him not to think about Dr. Kabir’s taunts. She says you have proved to be a good doctor and you don’t need to proof it again and again. Just then he gets Sanchi’s call. Savitri asks him not to pick call. Veer picks call and says hello. Sanchi says this hospital needs you and tells that they need a good cardiac surgeon. Veer says I am a loser, and asks how can he be good. He asks did you talk to your husband and says he tagged me as a loser. Sanchi asks him to come for the patients atleast. Veer thinks why shall I go, I am bad. Sanchi hopes that he comes? Savitri says you will not go, as Dr. Kabir will insult you there. Sanchi gets tensed as the nurse tells her about a surgery. Veer comes there. Sanchi goes to him. Pragya sees them standing infront of each other.

Sanchi goes to the OT. Dr. Kabir asks who is doing this surgery. Sanchi thinks how to stop him from seeing Veer as he will stop the surgery.
