The Episode starts with Ayesha telling Sanchi that Veer helped her win and says he don’t like you now, but likes me. Sanchi thinks she shall not be jealous and hopes things work out between Ayesha and Veer. Dr. Kabir hears them. Veer thinks don’t know how did Ayesha win and thinks Sanchi is the best for him and nobody is good and best girl than her, and he loves her. Ayesha is standing wearing Sanchi’s saree and standing there, and says really. Veer asks how dare you to wear Sanchi’s saree. Ayesha says she came to meet Sanchi, saw her saree and wear it. Veer says sorry and tells that Sanchi is the best. Ayesha thinks she will make him say same thing for her soon. Sanchi hears Nurses gossip that why did she bet with Ayesha and got insulted. Gayatri taunts Sanchi and asks her to leave her son,
Veer says I don’t want to come infront of you right now and asks her to watch pics till then. He praises her smile. Veer tells that he can’t live without her ever since he saw her. His love will end with his death now. He don’t like anybody else than her. He comes infront of her. Sanchi asks why you are doing this with me, move on in your life. Veer asks why? Did you move on? Sanchi says yes. Veer asks why did you try to lie, you don’t know how to lie. I can see love in your eyes. Sanchi thinks Ayesha is perfect for Veer and I can’t come in between them.
Ayesha calls her boyfriend to hospital and tries to romance with him. He says if we get caught then. She says she got signing amount and gives him some share. Dr. Kabir and Sanchi get doubtful when Subramaniam tells Sanchi that Ayesha is busy. Sanchi is about to come to medicine room. Ayesha says when she can make fake degree then she can do anything. Sanchi comes inside, but Ayesha and her boyfriend hide behind the medicine rack. Sanchi coughs and says someone is smoking here. Sanchi steps on his feet. He feels pain, but don’t shout. Ayesha asks him to go. He says we will not meet here again. Ayesha comes to patient and pretends to treat patient. Sanchi takes her outside and asks how dare you to smoke in my hospital and shows lipstick on it. Ayesha says she didn’t smoke and asks why you are behind me since I come. Sanchi says I didn’t know about you before. Ayesha says I do my work honestly and asks her not to insult her. She calls CCTV guy and says she wants to see the footage.
