The Episode starts with Jaya informing Dr. Malhotra about the court hearing date and warns him. Dr. Malhotra looks angrily. Savitri looks on upset with Jaya. Once Jaya is back home, Sanchi tells her that no lawyer is ready to take up their case. Jaya says what we will do now, who will fight our case. Veer comes and tells that he won’t let her lose strength and tells about his lawyer friend can help them. They go to meet Nandini. Nandini tells that she can’t fight the case as she is still learning and don’t have the permission to take any case at this point. Jaya says what we will do now. Nandini asks her to fight her own case and tells about the provision in law where the dependent can fight his own case if no lawyer take up their case. Jaya says I don’t know anything about the case, if we

lose because of my lack of knowledge then…Sanchi says you can’t lose as you will fight with passion and with the aim of getting justice for Papa. Veer says Sanchi is saying right and asks her to fight the case.

Gayatri asks Dr. Malhotra why did he change the lawyer at the last moment and asks if the new lawyer will be able to fight the case. Dr. Malhotra says he is sure that the new lawyer will win the case. Lawyer comes there. Dr. Malhotra greets him and asks him to sit. Servant offers coffee. He says he drinks pure coffee and asks him to make coffee. Dr. Malhotra gives case related papers. Lawyer burns it and says he don’t need any reference, and assures him that he will win the case. He says he has a rule that nobody shall try to interfere in his work. He says people see the victory at the end and don’t see how it was achieved.

Jaya and Sanchi come to court. Jaya asks God to give her strength to get justice for her husband. She bends down and touches the stairs of the court. Lawyer comes infront of them and smashes his feet on Jaya’s feet, then says sorry for his action. Dr. Malhotra comes there. Lawyer Mr. Saxena calls her Jaya ji. Dr. Malhotra says you want to humiliate her in court and tells that your condition will be like the file. Veer brings Komal and Nandini. Lawyer Mr. Saxena tells Dr. Malhotra that they have made Jaya nervous, but it is not easy to win the case, as the judge is innocent and not corrupt.

Judge comes and asks everyone to sit and asks to start the case hearing. Jaya gets up and says she wants to fight her own case against Dr. Malhotra. Lawyer tells that if tiger leaves jungle for sometime, then it doesn’t mean lamp and goats will rule in the jungle. Dr. Malhotra and others laughs. Judge asks him to start the case. Jaya says she wants Dr. Malhotra to come to witness box. Dr. Malhotra says can I go to witness box on wheel chair. Judge permits him. Jaya asks did you remember that you have done Mr. Sunil Mishra’s operation. Lawyer interferes and says Doctor does operation and not repair the machines.

Jaya says I will ask another question and asks Dr. Malhotra if he killed Dr. Sunil so that he can get the hospital on his name. Lawyer objects to the question. Judge overrules it. Jaya tells Judge that the Savitri Devi College and Hospital’s land was on Sunil Mishra’s name, and Dr. Malhotra started doing illegal works without Dr. Sunil’s knowledge, when he came to know he refused to let him do this, and that’s why he killed him at the operation theatre. She tells about all the legal activities which Dr. Malhotra used to do under Sunil’s nose and tells about their conversation before the latter’s death. Dr. Malhotra thinks how did Jaya know about this.

Precap:
Jaya tells judge that she has an eye witness. Komal gives statement in favour of Dr. Malhotra shocking Jaya. Jaya gets shocked and asks her to say truth. Later Dr. Kabir tells Dr. Malhotra that he can’t support him anymore.
