The Episode starts with Neetu asking receptionist to call Dr. Sanchi Mishra. Receptionist says we have no doctor of that name. Neetu’s father tells that they shall fill the form first. Sanchi tells Pragya and Isha that something must have happened at her wedding and says she is not married. Isha says we will find out, but how we will handle the secret. Pragya asks Sanchi to stay away from Neetu. Veer hears them and thinks secret. Kabir tells his interns that many patients got burnt in the marriage and assigns patients to them. Veer treats Groom’s mum. Groom’s mum tells Veer that because of the manglik bride this accident have happened and asks Neetu’s brother Prakash to pay the bill. Prakash asks Ria where is Sanchi Mishra. Isha says there is no doctor by that name. Groom’s mum asks why her son is unattended by any doctor. Sanchi asks Nurse Fernandes to send nurses to emergency ward. Dr. Kabir sees Sanchi outside the ward and asks her to go and treat the patient. Prakash sees Sanchi wearing mask. Veer tells groom’s mum that the he bandaged her wound. He asks Sanchi why she is wearing mask. Ria taunts Sanchi. Pragya replies to her angrily. Isha asks how did this accident happened? Prakash tells that suddenly due to crackers, the mandap caught fire. Neetu and her father come to the emergency ward.

Neetu’s dad apologizes to groom’s father and asks her not to break the marriage. Groom’s mum says you have made us reach hospital and asks him to pay entire bill. Neetu’s dad agrees to pay bill. Groom’s mum breaks the marriage. Sanchi gets angry and tries to talk to her. Isha and Pragya stops her. Neetu and her dad cries. Pandit ji says I already warned you. Dr. Kabir asks them not to shout or make noise, and scolds the interns for not stopping them. He asks Sanchi to remove the mask. Sanchi removes the mask. Veer gets doubtful. Neetu sees her face and is shocked. She calls her Sanchi and smiles. She run to her and hugs her. Sanchi says he is fine and asks her not to worry. Neetu says I know you will make everything fine. Neetu’s dad says you are from Mishra family. Dr. Kabir hears him. Pragya and Isha take him with them to do the formalities.

Dr. Kabir asks Sanchi why bride’s father called her Mishra and says you are Agarwal naa. Before Sanchi could speak, Pragya tells that Sanchi used to stay as tenant in Mishra ji’s house. Dr. Kabir asks whenever I question sanchi, why you both answer me. Veer says your stories are also boring like you. Isha says until when we will save you. Pragya asks her to learn to lie if she wants degree.

Ashok comes home and says he brought special thing for his sasur. Jaya comes and says she made everything. Ashok says it is a chicken and says he likes it. Phupha ji tells Ashok that he would have taken him outside for dinner to feed him non veg. Jaya says she will not break her house rules. Dadi asks her to stop it. Ashok says Bhabhi is acting to be happy. Dadi scolds Jaya and says nobody is asking you to eat it. Suman says this chicken will be here only. Jaya is upset.

Neetu asks her groom Amar not to leave her. Groom’s mum asks Amar not to come in her talks. Sanchi thinks what to do and tells Veer who believes on manglik thing and says this guy is very scared of his mum. She asks Veer what he would have done if his sister is in Neetu’s place and asks why only girls are blamed. Veer gets angry and asks Amar’s mum what nonsense she is saying? He says this is 2017, and tells that everything happened because of you, as you insisted to have crackers to welcome baraat, and tells that may be you all got saved because of her manglik dosh. He then scolds Amar for making fake promises with Neetu, when he don’t have any guts. He asks him to convince his mum and marry Neetu. He thinks losers and goes.

Khushboo and her parents come to Jaya’s house. Suman asks Sunny to touch their feet. Sunny touches her feet. Khushboo asks Jaya, if she needs help. Jaya asks her to sit and says she will do the work.

Khushboo’s father gifts wine to Ashok and asks him to drink. Ashok takes glasses and asks Jaya to bring ice cubes. Jaya tells them that wine will not be consumed by anyone in her house and says Sunny is here and she don’t want him to affected badly. Khushboo’s parents get angry for their bad hospitality and tells that they will not let Khushboo married here. Ashok and Suman go to them and apologize on Jaya’s behalf. Khushboo’s father tells him that he will agree if Jaya apologizes to them.

Sanchi asks Amar to stop Neetu from going. Neetu’s father begs infront of Amar and his mum and sits down crying. Veer comes there sitting on the horse. Isha says prince charming on the horse. Pragya asks if my eyes are malfunctioning. Veer gets down from the horse and tells Sanchi that he will come for her later, and says he will solve their matter first. He asks Amar to marry Neetu and shows the horse and the registrar. He asks him to listen to his heart. Amar tells his mum that he will marry Neetu and says they are saved because of her, and until when she is with him, good things will happen. Amar and neetu get married in the savitri devi college and hospital’s lobby. Neetu thanks Veer and says you are hero. Veer says your husband is hero and asks them to go on horse. Neetu thanks Sanchi and says I know you asked your friend to do this. Sanchi says Veer have done this. Neetu’s dad says I salute you Sanchi Mishra. Ria hears them.

Precap:
Ria asks her friends to spread the rumour that Sanchi is a divorcee. The news is spread in the hospital. Veer tells Sanchi that he came to know about her name Mishra and Agarwal. Sanchi is shocked.
