The Episode starts with Veer giving party to new interns. Ria asks them to take Veer’s help. They talk to Subramaniam. Veer tells him that Dr. Sanchi gave him pendrive to choose him as her favorite intern. Subramaniam asks him about Sanchi. Veer tells him about Sanchi. Subramaniam says you both know each other well and asks if they are in love. Veer gets upset and asks him to go, and says why should I waste my time. Subramaniam says I want to impress Sanchi in work sense. Veer says ok and asks him to do something. Subramaniam says I will impress Sanchi.

Priya is taken to hospital and delivers baby girl. Vikrant takes the girl in his hand and says I told you that I want a son, now she will be punished. Priya asks him not to harm her daughter. Vikrant pushes her. It turns out to be her dream

and she thinks to do something before her dream comes true. She shouts and wakes up. Vikrant comes and asks what happened? If she saw dream about his son. She says no and says she is missing mom, wants to meet her. Vikrant says I have a condition and tells her that if she sees baby boy in dream then they will go to meet Savitri.

Investors ask Sanchi what is their profit. Sanchi tells them that everyone will get treated here and this will call upon their company’s welfare. She asks Subramaniam to play the pendrive. Subramaniam thinks if he shall follow Veer’s advice and plays wrong pendrive. They see Sanchi doing dandiya dance. Sanchi closes it. Investors tells Sanchi that Dr. Malhotra was much better and says now they can’t stay here.

Sanchi sees Veer, Ria and others standing out. She goes out and hears Veer telling Dr. malhotra that today he has shown Sanchi’s place to her. He tells Sanchi that what did she think that she will impress investors with the presentation and calls her loser, and says you don’t deserve this hospital and don’t deserve to stay here.

Sanchi slaps him and says they left from him because of you. Veer says I want to see you defeated. He says you can’t run the hospital with lack of funds and says I will wait for the day when medical council kicks you out. Sanchi says I am dean here and nobody can kick me out so easily. Veer says I will reply you for this slap with interest. Sanchi says but you will lose. Isha hears them. Sanchi goes to desk and cries. She sees Jaya and Sunil’s pic and thinks what to do. She thinks just few days are left, how she will cope up. She recalls Veer promising to support her always and asks if this is love, everything ended with a small misunderstanding.

Gayatri tells unconscious Savitri that she wanted to end her life, but taking care of her to keep Veer in her control. She says when Veer realizes that I am good and love you, that day I will kill you with my hands. She cuts her nails and blood comes out from her finger. Vaidehi comes there. Gayatri says what you are saying? If anyone hears you.

One of the investor asks Veer where is Phooljadi Sanchi. Veer slaps him for badmouthing about Sanchi and asks him to keep his help with himself. He asks him not to come to Sanchi or this hospital. Sanchi hears him and thanks him. Veer says I haven’t done this for you specially and would have done same thing with other girls too.

Priya tells Veer that she wants to know if she will have son or daughter. Veer tells gynaecologist that if she helps him then he will make her head doctor. She agrees.
