The Episode starts with Dr. Kabir showing patient’s report to Sanchi and says Ayesha is a fake doctor, no doctor can give injection on wrong hand. Sanchi tells him that Ayesha wants to destroy Veer and her relation. Dr. Kabir goes to test her details. Sanchi thinks to find out about her and don’t tell anything to Isha. Ayesha talks to her mom and says I will come home soon. She sees Veer and ends the call. She tells him that today is her mum’s death anniversary. She cooks up fake story and says my mom died because of her friend. Veer tells her that even his mom is in coma due to her friend, says he urged her to talk to him, but she don’t respond. Ayesha hugs him and says she will be fine and I will make sure to pray for her, smirks. Sanchi comes to the locker room and thinks to get Ayesha’s
She opens Ayesha’s locker and tries to copy her address on her hand. Dr. kabir checks Ayesha’s file. Veer asks him to tell why he is checking the file and accuses him for Sanchi’s behavior. Sanchi comes and says she asked Dr. Kabir to check due to some work.
Veer asks her not to lie. He gets Ayesha’s call and she tells him that Savitri got consciousness. Veer runs home. Dadi tells him that Savitri came out of coma. He sees Ayesha telling joke to Savitri. He hugs Savitri. Gayatri tells Veer that his friend Ayesha treated Savitri. Veer thanks her. Ayesha says sorry for coming there without informing him. Savitri says she is a nice girl and asks Veer to be her good friend. Sanchi tells Dr. kabir about Ayesha’s permanent address. Dr. kabir says he has a plan. Veer thanks Ayesha for treating his mum a nd says you are a true doctor. She hugs him and says Aunty will be fine. Dr. Kabir asks Sanchi not to let Ayesha go out of hospital until he returns. Sanchi comes to Ayesha and asks her to go to general ward. Ayesha refuses.
Sanchi locks the door and says lets talk face to face. She asks who are you? You want, Veer, revenge or money. She says you don’t love him neither you want revenge and says I will give you double money. Ayesha laughs and says you don’t have money to bail your mum out. Sanchi says I will get money from somewhere and offers her double money. Ayesha tells her Savitri and Veer, both are in her clutches and you can’t do anything. She says I have interesting thing to show her. Dr. Kabir enters Ayesha’s house and she gets alert on her phone. She thinks someone entered her house.

Veer asks Sanchi if she don’t get tired of fighting with him and they have a romantic moment. Dr. Malhotra and Gayatri see them romancing. Gayatri tells Dr. Malhotra that they shall get Veer marry Ayesha. Savitri also tells the same thing to him. He gets happy.
