The Episode starts with Veer checking a patient. He asks her to call Sanchi. Sanchi comes there and checks patient. She feels pain in her shoulder. Veer offers to check her, but Sanchi refuses his help. Veer gets angry and thinks he is more stubborn than Sanchi. He calls Nurse and tells her something. Sanchi comes to the physiotherapist and asks her to massage her. She sits on chair. Veer comes and massages her shoulder. Sanchi thanks the physiotherapist and says my strain is gone. Dr. Kabir comes there and calls Sanchi. Sanchi says massage is good, I want to kiss her hand. She turns and sees Veer. She is shocked and asks Veer to stop this thing. Dr. Kabir stops Veer and asks him to leave Sanchi alone. Veer says I know what I am doing, and says she loves me.

Dr. Kabir says I know and says you always hurts her. Veer says I know and trying to sort everything and asks him not to take advantage of their separation, and says she loves me. Veer goes to her and asks her to kiss his hand and reward him. Sanchi asks him not to trouble him. Veer says I know that you really felt good. An old patient asks Sanchi why she is upset with him and says they are good as couple. She asks her not to think much and says sometimes it becomes late, and a third person enters. A lady is seen entering the house. She slips. Veer holds her. Sanchi sees her in Veer embrace. Everyone looks at their RK pose. Veer asks did you say anything and leaves her. Nurse tells her that her skirt is stuck. She frees it and asks where is Dr. Sanchi. She goes to Dr. Sanchi and says she is sent by Dr. Sinha for job and gives her intro. Sanchi says you have the regular procedure of interview and they don’t give job on recommendation and by looks.

Gayatri makes Sanchi falls and sits on her chair. She says she is board member of the hospital. They take interview of the candidates. Ayesha manages to go for the interview first and tells that she wants to be doctor to treat poor people. Sanchi hires her seeing fake marks sheet. Ayesha is a fake doctor. Gayatri pays her money and asks her to do her work properly or return double money. Ayesha tells that she is best at separating people and runs break up agency. Dr. Kabir takes her to general ward and asks her to treat patient. Ayesha asks Subramaniam to treat the patient and offers him gift. He agrees. Ayesha goes to Veer and acts to faint. He takes her to ward as she acts to short of breathe. Sanchi comes and sees Veer with her and is shocked.

Ayesha comes to the hospital wearing bathtowel and soap foam on her face and slips and falls on Veer. Veer holds her and cleans her face. Sanchi gets jealous.
