The episode starts with Satish saying hi to Pragya and introduces himself. Pragya looks on. Satish says you are looking good, I mean you have done MBBS and now doing internship. Waiter comes and asks what they would like to order. Satish orders mango juice. He says if they have a boy then they will make him engineer and if they have a girl then they will make her doctor like her. Pragya is irritated and thinks he has done all family planning. Everyone see Veer singing song Tu Hi Hai.Jiske liye maine…..Sanchi smiles…..Isha looks at them. Veer signs at Sanchi and sings the song. Everyone claps for him. Veer thanks everyone and says there is one more bhai sahib here, who wants to convey his feelings. Satish is shocked and whispers in his ears that he don’t know how to sing song. Pragya smiles seeing
Sanchi scolds Pragya and asks if she got happy breaking a simple guy’s heart. She tells Veer that she didn’t see such heartless guy and says today you have proved that I was wrong, and says I am upset that I tried to change you, who might be never be a good person.
Gayatri wakes up and thinks where did Anand go. She comes in the hall and search for him. She sees Neeta not in her room and gets worried. She calls him, but his phone is at room. Gayatri gets worried and runs to Vaidehi. She tells her that Anand and Neeta are not in the room. Vaidehi says he must have eloped with her. Gayatri says Mamma….Vaidehi says you are innocent and don’t know what women do. We shall go and tell Adarsh what his wife is upto.
Isha, Pragya and Sanchi find bouquet outside their hostel room. Sanchi picks it and sees Veer’s name. Pragya says Veer sent it to cheer her. Sanchi smiles, goes to him and throws the bouquet in the trash bin. Veer is shocked. Pragya and Isha looks on shocked too. They all go behind Sanchi. Veer apologizes to her and says he was just trying to help Pragya. Sanchi says if you are done then I will leave. Pragya tells Sanchi that whatever Veer has done is for her and asks her why she is interfering in her matters. Sanchi says she don’t want to hear about Veer..
Gayatri and Vaidehi see Neeta and Dr. Malhotra doing yoga. Neeta teaches him yoga. Vaidehi thinks this is a shameless woman and asks Gayatri to do something. Gayatri says not now and goes.
Khushboo comes to the kitchen. Jaya says I will do. Khushboo burns her hand with the kitchen utensil and runs out telling neighbors that Jaya tried to burn her. Jaya comes out holding the same utensil. Everyone suspect Jaya. Khushboo thinks this is the start.
Sanchi gets Veer’s card asking for her forgiveness. She tears it and throws off. Veer thinks he has to work hard to calm her down. They see bouquet again. Pragya says Veer must have sent it. Sanchi says it is for you. Pragya says he is a chipku type. Sanchi and Isha ask her not to judge him for his looks and see his heart. Veer tells Sanchi that she can ignore him, but not his boss and asks her to follow him. He asks her to check all patients’ BP. Sanchi says many patients here have no BP. Veer asks her to do as he says. While Sanchi checks BP, Veer thinks to takes her phone and message Sanchi. He gets her phone while she checks the file. He messages Satish apologizing to him and asks him to come and meet Pragya in the hospital, as she is feeling bad for yesterday’s incident. Satish says ok, but this is the last time. Veer sends ok. He keeps her phone back and asks her not to check BP of the patient.
Satish comes to hospital. Veer takes him to side. Satish asks what he wants to do now. Veer tells her that Sanchi wants him to unite with Pragya and asks him to change himself and become suitable for Pragya. Satish asks him to tell what to do. Veer teaches him how to walk. He asks him not to be nervous, be a hunk, don’t get scared of Pragya. Satish walks casually. Veer then asks him not to do Namaste but shake hands or say hi. He asks him to look in girl’s eyes and praise her, so that she can see love in her eyes. He asks Garg to make his makeover. They style his hairs and makes him stylish wear sweater.
Sanchi sees Satish coming and asks Pragya to talk nicely. Satish comes and sits with Pragya. He says her hi and praises her comparing her with banyan tree and soft pebbles. Pragya gets upset and asks why did he come when she refused him last night. She asks why did you send flowers. He asks why you are lying and says he didn’t send any bouquet, and says Sanchi called him and asks him to come. He says it is good to remain bachelor rather than marrying egoistic girl like you. Pragya gets angry and argues with him. Veer thinks to escape before Sanchi realizes that he had sent message. Sanchi thinks Veer must be behind this.
