The Episode starts with Dr. Kabir scolding Sanchi for trying to tell the secret to Veer. Sanchi says I was not in my senses. Dr. Kabir says I trusted you a lot. He talks to someone and asks to send Sunny very far from there. Someone comes to Sunny’s room in the night and kidnaps him by making Sunny smell chloroform. He takes Sunny in his car. Sunny gains conscious. The man takes him out of his car and reveals his face. Veer shows his face. Sunny takes a sigh of relief and tells him that he is afraid of Dr. Kabir. Sunny relaxes. Veer asks until when you will fear from Dr. Kabir. He asks what he has which is making you afraid. He asks him to tell and says your sister is married to that man and he is really bad. Sunny tells him that he didn’t want this to happen and says this is happening because of me. He tells him everything that Dr. Kabir has been blackmailing Sanchi because of him. Sanchi searches for Sunny. Sunny comes home with Veer. He hugs Sanchi and tells that he told everything to Veer truly. He says sorry. Sanchi is shocked and looks at Veer. She says Veer…and comes near him.

Veer shouts at Sanchi. All family members come there. Veer asks her not to give an explanation and says I loved you, supported you and trusted you, but you gave me this, I couldn’t win your trust. He says I asked you many times, but you didn’t tell me the truth. He asks if she thought him useless that you agreed to break our relation, but not to tell truth. Sanchi says no Veer, this is not true and tells that she trust him and his love, but she was helpless because of Jaya and Sunny. She says if I had told you then he would have hurt Sunny, Maa and you which I couldn’t bear in my life. She says I didn’t tell anything to anyone.

Veer says you have broken our relation and now we are in front of each other and not with each other. He tells that he will ruin Dr. Kabir’s life, takes a revolver and is going to the hospital. Sanchi tries to stop him. Dr. Kabir’s manager comes and says Sunny’s US tickets are done. Dr. Kabir says good. Veer comes there and aims a gun at Dr. Kabir. Dr. Kabir calls security and asks what is this misbehavior. Veer tells him that he came to know everything. He says whatever Sanchi did was to save the family. He says I want that video clip of Sunny. He asks for that video clip. Dr. Kabir says that case is closed and asks why he wants to reopen it, says Sunny can be jailed. Veer tells that he will handle. Dr. Kabir destroys his mobile with his leg. Sanchi tries to stop Veer. The gun is shot. Veer falls down unconscious. Dr. Kabir is shocked. Veer’s family come there. Sanchi asks Dr. Kabir how dare he to shoot Veer and calls Ward boy to bring the stretcher. Veer is taken to the OT. Dr. Kabir tells Sanchi that he didn’t do anything intentionally, it was an accident. He tells Savitri that he is innocent. Savitri slaps him and says you have ruined my son’s life, his family life and now you tried to kill him. She curses him.

Doctor checks Veer and tells that a bullet is stuck in his artery below his chest. He asks Dr. Malhotra to do the surgery, but he is in shock. Savitri tells that she won’t let Dr. Kabir do the surgery. Pragya says Dr. Kabir is a demon and they can’t trust him. Doctor asks Sanchi to do the surgery. Dr. Malhotra says Sanchi haven’t attempted such surgeries before and says he will do the surgery. Dr. Malhotra comes to the OT and gets emotional seeing Veer. He gets the scalpel from Nurse and thinks of Veer. His hands are shaken up. The nurse asks are you fine? Dr. Malhotra comes out of OT and tells Savitri that he can’t operate on his own son and says I can’t risk my son life, his hands are shaking. He cries. He says a father’s love made a doctor weak. Sanchi looks at him.

Precap:
Sanchi takes Dr. Kabir to OT and asks him to do Veer’s surgery. She promises to become his wife fully all her life. Dr. Kabir looks on.
