The Episode starts with Sanchi throwing Dr. Malhotra name holder. Veer comes and catches it. He tells her that the cabin belongs to Dr. Malhotra and says you are just guest here. Sanchi says she is not materialistic unlike him and says she got the cabin ready for herself. She just wants her Papa’s chair and says there is nothing to hide from others. Veer puts his leg on the chair and pushes it. The wheels hurts Sanchi. Veer leaves the chair. Sanchi takes the chair.

Sanchi takes chair to lobby and asks ward boy to tell everyone that if they have to talk to her then can come to her without hesitation. Isha and Pragya come there and hug her. She asks Security guy to go and says she don’t want this position. Pragya asks her to sit. Sanchi tells her that jaya will sit on Sunil’s chair.

Veer thinks Sanchi’s false hope and ego will break soon. Pragya asks Sanchi what happened? Sanchi says she is feeling alone. Pragya asks her to make Jaya feel proud and says you have reached this position. Isha says we have to stay here with smartness. Pragya asks her to go what she can do. Ms. D souza comes there. Sanchi asks her to inform everyone that she is doing her first official meeting.

Nurse asks Isha to handle a case in general ward. Isha thinks this is the Tobacco guy and goes to him. She says she did the adv of Pan masala, but never had it. Patient says he don’t have anything since she scolded him last. He asks if she cares for other patients also. She asks him to let the report come and then she will know.

Veer comes home as Dadi called him. Dr. Malhotra tells Veer that Savitri’s condition is deteriorating and calls some doctor. He says don’t know we shall seek whose opinion on medicine and asks Veer to sit at Savitri’s side. Veer tells her that he won’t let her go. Her condition further deteriorates. Kabir comes back to hospital and recalls telling Sanchi that she is his lucky charm. Doctor congratulates her for his successful conference. Kabir recalls lawyer asking him questions and Sanchi telling him that he don’t deserve to get love. He thinks don’t know where is Sanchi? He comes to Dr. Malhotra’s cabin and asks ward boy why Dean Cabin is empty. Ward boy says Dean cabin is there.

Dr. Kabir thinks Dr. Malhotra has changed his cabin. He comes there and sees Sanchi as new Dean. He says I am really happy for you. Sanchi asks really, and says a characterless girl became dean, are not you feeling bad. She says as you are senior doctor, we will have just professional relations. He says I will mail you Geneva conference details. Sanchi says ok.
