The Episode starts with Mr. Patel blaming Sanchi and tells that he will call Police. Dr. Kabir comes and says you can’t call Police. Veer assures him that the security is tight here and the ring will be found. M r. Patel gives one hour. Dr. Kabir and Veer to close the hospital door. Veer talks to his friends to search ring. Dr. Kabir checks CCTV footage. Ayesha tries to elope, but she is stopped by the guards. Mr. Patel asks Sanchi to find the ring and says he will make sure that she gets punished. Veer asks him to stop taunting her and takes Sanchi with him. He gives her water to drink. Sanchi drinks it and says if that finger and ring are not found. Veer holds her hands. Sanchi thanks him for supporting her.
Veer calls someone and gets artificial ring and finger made. He calls Doctor. Doctor says it is risky. M r. Patel says I am calling Police. Veer’s friend gives ring and finger to Sanchi. M r. Patel says I will also come with you. Sanchi says she will give one swelling goes. She goes to operate. Sanchi asks Anesthesia doctor to give her Anesthesia. He says he has to wait as her vital organs fluctuating. Veer gets message.
Ayesha asks Dr. Preetam to let her go. Preetam asks her to search ring. Dr. Kabir thinks thank god ring is found else don’t know what he would have done. He drinks water and gets blood mark there. He finds finger in the dustbin. Sanchi asks Doctor to give anesthesia. He gives Anesthesia. Sanchi realizes it is fake finger and drops the ring on floor shockingly. M r. Patel checks and says I will ruin you all for betraying me. Sanchi comes out from OT. Dr. Kabir gets real finger and shows to Sanchi. Sanchi asks Nurse to take the ring. She thanks God.
M r. Patel says that ring is of 5 crores and says I will not do this. Gayatri blames Sanchi for stealing the ring for her mother’s freedom. Dr. Kabir asks her to do the surgery. Gayatri asks Mr. Patel not to let Sanchi do the operation and says if your fiancé dies. Sanchi asks Dr. Kabir to do the operation. Mr. Patel calls Police and says everyone will be checked. Dr. Kabir comes and says implant was successful. Ayesha hides in the bathroom. Lady constable asks Ayesha to come out of bathroom. She comes out and gets scared seeing Police checking everyone. She puts ring in Veer’s apron as she collides with him. After she is checked, she thinks how to take out ring from Veer’s pocket. Sanchi doubts on Ayesha. Ring is found in Veer’s apron. Everyone is shocked.
