The Episode starts with Veer telling Garg that he has a strong feeling that Sanchi loves him. Garg asks him to see other girl. Veer says she is Sanchi, not like other girls. Pragya says you said right and asks him to do something to make Sanchi run after him and make her jealous. Isha thinks pragya’s ideas might be problematic for Sanchi. Pragya says how she can run behind you until she realizes her love. Veer thanks her and says jai ho. Isha asks Pragya why did she tell Veer about this. Pragya says I know they are meant for each other. Isha says Sanchi will never think about Veer again. Pragya says Veer is not like Dr. Malhotra and if Sanchi loves him then she will return else no. Isha asks her not to push him. Pragya thinks she has to push a little.

Dr. Kabir asks his mum to have medicine. She refuses to have food and says you want me to die without seeing your wife and grand children. Dr. Kabir says we will talk later. Kusum says if you had married on time then I would have grand children like my friends. Isha comes to Dr. Kabir’s house and hears Kusum asking Kabir to marry Sanchi. She is shocked. Dr. Kabir says he is not ready to marry any girl, not even Sanchi. Kusum refuses to have medicine. Isha asks Dr. kabir to sign on the papers. He signs on the papers and gives it back. He asks her not to tell Sanchi about it.

Dadi asks Jaya until when we will do drama to teach a lesson to Khushboo Jaya says the result will be good, either she will leave or become good. Dadi nods. Suman tells Khushboo that Jaya is troubling you to make you leave, and asks her to be strong. Khushboo says I will not be defeated and will show her what I am. She looks at the bottle.

A girl comes to the hospital and asks receptionist about Veer. Receptionist asks her to ask Sanchi. Girl asks Sanchi if she saw Veer baby. Sanchi thinks who is she and tells that she is Dr. Sanchi. Girl tells Sanchi that so it was you for whom Veer fell and says you have no style, behenji etc. Sanchi says excuse me. Veer comes there and hugs her calling her Aaliya. Aaliya asks what happened to his muscles. He says he don’t go to gym now. She says she will relax him. Veer says really. Sanchi gets jealous seeing Veer with Aaliya. Veer thinks this plan is success. Pragya comes to Sanchi and tells that Aaliya is Veer’s ex girl friend and asks her to do something else Aaliya will take Veer with her. Sanchi says he is Dr. Malhotra’s son and I will not do mistake to get closer to him again. Veer brings Aaliya to cafeteria and says he will make her have golgappa with his hand. Sanchi gets upset and recalls Veer making golgappa for her. Veer sees Sanchi sad. Vikrant tells Priya that they will go home now. Priya messages Dadi asking her to save her from Vikrant and that she don’t want to go with him to his house. Vikrant asks her to show her hand. Priya says there is nothing in her hand and shows her hand. Vikrant says ok, we will reach soon.

Sanchi thinks about Veer and tells herself that she has decided to separate with him then why she is getting affected, shall let him live his life and she shall live hers. Nurse asks what she is thinking. Sanchi says nothing and thinks patients are her priorities and not Veer. Isha comes to hospital. Sanchi asks her to tell how is Kusum. Isha tells her what she heard and asks her to go and talk to her. Sanchi asks what she can do? Isha asks her to do drama of marriage with Dr. Kabir. Sanchi is shocked and says she will not do drama and betray her. Isha says you don’t betray her then she won’t be alive. It is doctor’s duty to his/her patient. Sanchi says I will go and meet her, but can’t do anything else.

Khushboo tells Jaya that she made kadi chawal for her and bhindi for Sunny and Dadi. Jaya says good. Khushboo says they are going out today to attend a function. Jaya says ok and goes. Khushboo reads the newspaper and gets an idea. She adds poison in the food and thinks they will have food poisoning and will go to hospital. Vikrant brings Priya home and opens the handcuffs. Just then Dr. Malhotra comes with his family and says they want to take Priya home. Vikrant refuses to send Priya. Vandana says Priya shall be with Vikrant. Dadi says her birthday is near and she wants to spend some time with Priya. She folds her hand asking him to agree. Vikrant agrees to let Priya go for Dadi’s birthday and asks her to return after her birthday. Priya gets happy.

Sanchi comes to meet Kusum. Dr. Kabir says she is fine and resting and asks her to come later. Kusum hears her and asks Dr. Kabir to send her in. Sanchi comes inside and asks how is she? Kusum emotionally blackmails Dr. Kabir and tells Sanchi that she shall die as her son is not marrying anyone. She tells Sanchi that she likes her for her son and asks if there is anyone in her life. Sanchi remembers Veer and nods no. Kusum gets happy and asks her to accept her words. Sanchi asks her to have medicine. Kusum says she needs answer first. Dr. kabir asks her to relax. Kusum’s condition worsens as she asks Sanchi to answer her. Sanchi also asks her to have medicine. Dr. Kabir asks her to wear oxygen mask. She refuses.

Sanchi tells Kusum that she will do as she said. Dr. kabir is shocked. Sanchi promises her. Dr. Kabir makes her wear oxygen mask and looks at Sanchi. Sanchi says sorry to Kabir and says she agreed seeing her condition. Dr. kabir says you have agreed. Sanchi says we shall act till her surgery is done. Dr. Kabir says she will be hurt when she comes to know the truth. Sanchi asks him to think about his mum. Dr. Kabir says he will drop her.. Sanchi asks him to stay with his mum and goes.

Priya is with Dadi. Dadi tells her that Veer and she used to fight with each other to sleep with her. Priya hugs Dadi. Dadi asks why did you message me. Just then door bell rings. Priya panics. Vikrant comes there and tells that he was missing Dadi and came to spend sometime with her till birthday. Dadi says it is good. Dr. Malhotra takes him to room Gayatri and Vaidehi get tensed thinking if Vikrant shows his madness in their house. Jaya calls Sanchi and asks how is she? Sanchi says she is fine and asks if a lie can be told to save someone’s life. Jaya says yes, and asks her to take care. Sanchi thanks her.

Isha asks Sanchi what did she tell Kusum. Sanchi says she agreed. Isha asks her not to tell Pragya. Sanchi says she is our friend. Isha says she is on Veer’s side and might tell him.
