Following the row, Savdhaan India’s narrator Sushant Singh was a part of the protests. And it has been alleged that due to his participation in the protests, the makers have asked him not to be a part of Savdhaan India anymore.
He has been a part of the protests and today on his Twitter handle, he announced his exit from the show. His tweet read, “And, my stint with Savdhaan India has ended.” One activist even took to his handle and shared a picture of Sushant who is seen with the protesters. He wrote, “Good to see @sushant_says come out in support. Also, the protesting students kept the focus on #CAA and police excesses in #Jamia and #AMU. A speaker trying to make it Cong vs BJP was asked not to venture there.”
