The Episode starts with Sanjana taking off her outer clothes and is about to remove her inner clothes when Sameer comes to her rescue and stops her. He covers his jacket on her and asks her to come in her senses. Sanjana says she doesn’t know what is happening with her. Sameer takes her to room. Manager sends video to Anjali. Anjali says she has seen the video and says she will give money to his man. While she is going, Roshni follows her. She then thinks she shall not doubt on Anjali and goes back inside. Sameer makes Sanjana sit on the bed and checks her hands for allergy. He says there is no signs of allergy or any marks. Sanjana looks at her hands. She asks him to trust him and says she was having much allergy and couldn’t control. Sameer asks her to relax and take rest. He says I know you will not do it intentionally. He asks her to look at the room and show the decoration which he did for her. Sanjana gets touched with his gesture and thanks him. She apologizes to him. Sameer hugs her.
Anjali gives money to a man and asks him to take it and leave. She says she will be blamed for Sanjana’s condition. Roshni hears her and shouts at her. She says now I know that you are behind Sanjana’s condition. She says you have played with everyone’s emotions, and says you are breaking your mum’s trust. Mata ji and Simar come there. Simar asks who is this man? Roshni says Anjali is responsible for Sanjana’s condition. Mata ji says what you are saying. Roshni says she heard them talking and tells that Anjali is doing this with the help of this man. Anjali asks Roshni to shut up and tells that Prem forgot to give fees to Dr. Mehra and that’s why she is giving him fees. She shows the chat with Dr. Mehra to Simar. She tells Roshni that Simar and mata ji are thinking to give her responsibility and she is behaving this way.
Sanjana and Sameer dance on the song Adha Ishq…and gets romantic. Simar comes to Anjali and comforts her. Anjali says she felt like she wouldn’t have come out of coma. Simar asks her not to think like that and tells that Roshni did a mistake. She says we all love you. Mata ji scolds Roshni for doubting on Anjali and says even if she wants to change, then also will not change. Roshni apologizes. Mata ji asks do you know what she must be feeling. Roshni apologizes. Mata ji asks her to sleep. Roshni thinks I am sure that you are playing some game and I will find out.
In the morning, simar tells Mata ji that Anjali was tensed last night. Mata ji says she has made Roshni understand and gives her -2. Simar prays for Roshni.

Someone shouts for help. Sanjana goes near the swimming pool to help the man and she is made to fall inside it. That man drown her in the pool and her body (may be dead) comes up on the water.
