The Episode starts with Reyansh’s friends seeing Simar as the Nurse. They think if Kavya is on stretcher. The security asks her to show the papers. Simar shouts there is a gun. The security runs to check. Simar runs with Kavya. They sit in Aarav’s car. Reyansh’s friend come to their car and find the tyres punctured. Aarav recalls puncturing the car. Kavya and her parents thank Aarav and Simar for saving them. Simar tells Aarav that Reyansh’s friends are very dangerous, they have guns. Aarav says Reyansh is in bad company. He says we have to take them to a safe place. Simar calls Reema. Reema rejects the call. Simar calls Vivaan. Reema switches off his phone. Vivaan is unconscious after Reema gave him sleeping pills. She says sorry Vivaan, I have to do this. She is about to go and finds her scarf entanged to his hand. She frees it and gets down at Delhi station with her stuff. She looks at Vivaan as the bus leaves. She says I am sorry Vivaan, I promise that I will return after finishing my work. Vivaan says Reema, what is this, in sleep? Reema takes cab and asks driver to take her to airport.
Chitra, and Ishita are upset that Badimaa is not scolding Simar. Pallavi says they didn’t come to see Ishita. Reyansh says now I understand why they didn’t come. Nurse asks them to go home. Reyansh takes the blood pouch and squeeze it on Ishita’s bed. He says Badimaa is not angry with Simar, as baby is alive. He says we have to kill this baby, then Badimaa’s anger will blast on Simar. He says this is the only way. Ishita says no, we can’t kill this imaginary child now, I have to fool them to make Badimaa in my control. Reyansh asks Ishita to understand that they have to do it now. Dr.Ghatak comes there. Reyansh tells your double payment is ready, you have to tell everyone that Ishita’s baby couldn’t survive. Ishita smiles.
Aarav and Simar are coming to the hospital. Badimaa hears Ishita screaming as if she is in pain. She runs inside the ward with Sandhya, and others. Sandhya asks what happened, why are you shouting. Ishita says my baby and pretends to faint.
Badimaa asks what happened to her. She asks Doctor, if everything is fine. Doctor says I am sorry, we couldn’t save this baby. He says Ishita had the miscarriage. Badimaa is shocked. She says you have told me that Ishita and the baby are fine, then how did this happen suddenly. Reyansh smiles and pretends to cry. Nurse asks everyone to go out and says only husband can stay here. Chitra blames Simar and asks why did you kill my heir? Aarav asks Chitra to think before saying. Pallavi says middle class people are jealous of rich people, and says your badi bahu has given proof of hatred. Aarav asks her not to blame Simar, as she is the one who requested Badimaa to do this alliance. Simar says it is my mistake, I had chosen her. She tells Badimaa that Ishita was never pregnant. Badimaa gets angry. Dr. Ghatak gives fake report to Reyansh and tells that it is clearly written that Ishita Oswal was pregnant and have a miscarriage. Reyansh asks her to get ready for the block buster performance. Ishita ruins her hair style and says I am ready fully. Pallavi says your bahu has gone mad, she is blaming Ishita to save herself. She says I can’t let Ishita stay with her, I will be taking her to my house. Aarav says enough, and asks Pallavi to take her daughter with her. She says once her truth comes out, which she did with Reyansh then? Chitra thinks it is good that we ended this drama. She thinks once the reports come out, then everyone’s mouth will be closed. Ishita comes out and asks Ishita, why she wants to kill her baby. She asks Reyansh to save her. Simar asks her to stop her bad drama. Ishita cries and asks Badimaa to save her baby from Simar, and promises to leave the house. She says I am very scared of her. Badimaa hugs her and cries. Dr. Ghatak asks Simar how dare she to talk to his patient like that, and says Ishita is shaking up seeing Simar. Simar says truth is that….Badimaa asks Simar to see Ishita’s condition and says our heir is not in this world.
Precap: Simar asks Badimaa to listen to her. Badimaa asks her to leave from Ishita’s sight. Aarav supports Simar and tells that he can’t bear if Simar is blamed.
