The Episode starts with Vivaan asking Reema if they are going to Manali. He asks why to go by bus, when we can go by flight. Reema says it is fun to go by bus and asks if he didn’t like her surprise. He says he liked the surprise and says it will be fun. He asks why it is via Delhi, why are we going through it. Reema says so that our journey is big and we can enjoy it. They sit in the bus. He gets down the bus. Reema looks at the sleeping pills in her hand and recalls buying it. He brings coffee. She diverts him and adds pills in it. Vivaan says cheers.

Badimaa pleads infront of Dr. Ghatak to save the baby. Dr. Ghatak says he will try and asks Nurse to make arrangements of sonography. Sandhya and Gajendra ask not to worry. Badimaa prays for Ishita’s baby (which is fake). Ishita takes

selfie. Chitra asks what are you doing? Dr. Ghatak asks what are you doing? He asks her to get ready for Sonography. Chitra laughs. Ishita orders Momos, and asks Reyansh to go and get it. Aditi and Gagan come there. Aditi asks what happened to Ishita. Sandhya says she fell down from stairs. Pallavi says Simar has made her fall and says if anything happens to her, then I will not leave anyone and will file domestic violence case. Badimaa tells Pallavi that Simar can never harm anyone. Reyansh brings Momos and tells that he has brought coconut water for Ishita. Dr. Ghatak tells that he is feeling ashamed of the daily lies. Chitra and Ishita offer to give him more money. Dr. Ghatak asks them to handle Simar, as she asks so many questions. Pallavi says he is right. Ishita says she has handled her, she must be crying and cursing her destiny. She says when Badimaa pushed her, I felt peace. Chitra says what you can do with Simar, others couldn’t do. She says you made her Servant of the house, and kicked her out of room. She praises her and says she has become her fan. Aarav and Simar are on the way. badimaa prays for the heir. Reyansh makes Ishita have the food. Simar and Aarav come to the hospital. Someone comes to Ishita’s ward. Simar and Aarav come to Kavya’s ward. Simar asks Kavya what happened? Kavya’s mother says Kavya has tried to kill herself. Kavya’s father apologized to Simar for his lies. His mother says we would have lost her today. He says we were trying to save her from Reyansh. Aarav and Simar are shocked. Simar asks Kavya, did you think if anything had happened to you, then what would happen to your family. Kavya says I was broken and says I can’t do what Reyansh is asking me. She says she can’t kill her baby. Simar asks if she is pregnant. Kavya’s mother asks why did you tell about the baby. They worry what Reyansh will do. He says we have nothing to do with Oswals. Kavya tells Simar that she is having Reyansh and her baby, and he wants to kill the baby. She asks will you save the baby, as it is of Oswals. Simar recalls Reyansh’s lie. She tells Aarav that Ishita is acting to be pregnant, and here, Kavya is bearing the heir of Oswals. She says Kavya is having the Oswal’s blood in her womb.

Badimaa asks Dr. Ghatak about baby and mother. Dr. Ghatak says both mother and baby are fine, and asks them to take them home. Badimaa thanks the God. Reyansh says I will pay the bill. Gagan asks badimaa if he shall take Aditi home. Badimaa says yes. Sandhya says all is well, if ends well and says Janmashtami arrangements shall be done. Chitra says Simar didn’t come to meet Ishita and blames her. She says Aarav haven’t come and stopped Vivaan too. She provokes Badimaa against Simar. Reyansh comes to the receptionist to pay the bill. His friend calls Reyansh and tells that Kavya attempted suicide. Reyansh is shocked and says before she does something, and is about to tell something.

Aarav tells Simar that he can’t believe that his blood and brother have done this with a girl. She says thank god, Kavya and her baby is fine. Simar tells Aarav that Kavya’s parents are very scared. Kavya’s parents come out and tells Simar and Aarav that Reyansh’s friends have come to kill Kavya. Kavya’s father says they have reached here also. Aarav and Simar look at his friends.

Reyansh sees Dr. Ghatak and says you would have given me heart attack. Nurse gives him bill. Reyansh says it is much. Nurse and Dr. Ghatak ask him to pay. Reyansh talks to his friends and asks them not to leave Kavya.

Aarav tells Simar that he will handle Reyansh’s goons, how dare they? Simar says for now, we have to take Kavya out. She asks him to start the car and she will bring Kavya here. Aarav takes Kavya’s parents with him to the car. Reyansh’s friend comes to the ward and checks for Kavya, but she is not there. Simar as Nurse is taking Kavya out, when security guard stops her and asks where is she taking the dead body. Simar says she has forgotten the papers upstairs and asks him to let her take her. The security guard says I can’t leave anyone without the papers. Reyansh’s friend’s sees Simar from the first floor. Simar gets tensed.

Precap: Simar asks Badimaa to listen to her. Badimaa says she don’t want to hear anything and says I just know that Ishita is in pain due to you. She asks her to go away from her sight. She says I had given you the responsibility of the family heir and you couldn’t take care of him. Aarav tells Badimaa that Simar has fulfilled all the responsibility and tells that truth about this accident will come infront of everyone. He holds her hand to support her.
