The Episode starts with Reyansh saying that they have fooled everyone. Gagan comes there and asks what you have done. Simar tells Maharaj that he shall make dry fruits laddoo for Ishita. She says we have to take extra care of Ishita and make her have food every 2 hours. She says she will go and give them juice. Gagan tells Reyansh and Ishita that their life will change after baby and shows the list which a couple shall think of, and says your lifestyle will change. He asks Ishita not to wear heels etc. He asks Ishita to do yoga. Reyansh says come outside. Ishita says this much knowledge is sufficient for today. Aditi comes there and asks if Gagan irritated them. They say no. She says Gagan has done PhD in Pregnancy. She says she is excited to know her pregnancy. Vivaan asks Reema to pinch her.
Ishita tells Aditi that she has snatched limelight from her with her early pregnancy. Simar comes there and says there is no competition, and says everyone has their own place. She says what could be more good, as family is extending. Ishita says but you might be jealous, as you are elder bahu and I am giving the first heir of the family. Simar asks why will I be jealous and says I have taken responsibility of yours. Ishita asks Simar to take off her sandal and says she feels that she got the swelling. Aditi says swelling can’t happen now, and asks her to walk and remove her own sandal. Ishita thinks Aditi can expose her. She says Gagan told me not to wear heels so I asked bhabhi to take it off. She says I will take it off. Simar asks her to say if she needs anything. Ishita asks if you are my personal maid or Aaya. Simar asks if someone think their mom, dad and siblings attention and love as maid work. Aditi says then everyone is maid here. Ishita gives the empty glass to Simar and asks her to take it. She rings the bell and says whenever I need your care, I will call you. She says my stomach is pained if I shout. Aditi says you shall consult a doctor. Gagan comes there and asks him to consult a doctor. Ishita says she is consulting to the celebrity doctor. Simar says this good is good. Aditi says this doctor tells everything about the person. Ishita says she is fine. Simar says I have called the doctor.
Dr. Ghatak comes to the Oswal Mansion with his assistant Nurse. He says they seems to be rich, and asks her to get their info. She says aditi is already their patient, and now Ishita is pregnant and they have two more bahus. He thinks so much money. Chitra tells Reyansh that they might land in trouble and shall tell truth to Badimaa. Badimaa is coming there. Pallavi says this is not the solution. Chitra says you don’t know her. Reyansh thinks to handle Chitra and takes her from there. He locks Chitra in the room, and says he will handle the doctor and then will open the door.
Sandhya asks Simar to call Ishita and says Dr. has come. Reyansh tells Doctor that he has to leave, as his wife is comfortable with her family gynaec. Doctor asks do you know who I am? Sandhya says Aditi is consulting him, he is our family doctor. Chitra prays to God.
Simar brings Ishita downstairs holding her hand. Ishita slips intentionally, Simar, Vivaan and Aarav hold her. Simar asks if you are fine? Ishita says yes. Badimaa asks Ishita if she is fine and asks Simar what is this? She takes Ishita to make her sit. Simar is shocked and asks Badimaa not to worry. Badimaa asks her to take extra care of Ishita and says why did you bring her downstairs, Doctor would have checked her in the room. She asks if she is fine. Ishita nods her head. Simar tells Aarav that badimaa is caring and loving towards the baby. Doctor checks Ishita. Simar asks if Ishita is fine. Badimaa asks him to say. Doctor asks Nurse to check her pulse. Simar asks what happened to her.
The doctor says sorry and says you have a misunderstanding, she is not pregnant. Ishita is tensed. Simar, Aditi, Badimaa and others are shocked. Badimaa asks what do you mean? Aditi says what Ishita was telling, doesn’t happen in pregnancy. Simar asks him to check again. Vivaan says I hope we don’t need to cancel our plan because of their big lie. Badimaa asks Ishita. Nurse gives call to Ghatak. Chitra is on call and offers 50 K Rs. She asks him to say that Ishita is pregnant. Doctor ends the call. Ishita says talk to my family doctor, news is confirmed. Reyansh says we don’t need anyone’s confirmation, we got her tested in lab. Badimaa tells Doctor that he came at the right time and opened her eyes, else her own blood was fooling her. Doctor says hold on, you didn’t let me complete, your bahu Ishita is double pregnant. Reyansh says twins. Badimaa looks on hopeful.
Precap: Simar sees Reyansh giving money to the doctor. Simar tells Aarav that something is wrong and she needs his support to expose the truth. She says they have to meet Kavya. Aarav extends his support to her.
