It begins with Jhumki coming to her room to see her brother.
Simar asks Jhumki to let her brother stay somewhere else as it is risky to keep him in house.
Jhumki says that if her brother iis not allowed in house then she will leave for village with her brother.
Prem refuses but Simar agrees since she has no option and its matter of 1 day.
Prem, Siddhant and Jhumki leaves for court with blessings of all elders.
Khushi refuses to go to court with Veeru since she was sure that she will find some clue against Simar while they are away.
Khushi tries to open Simar’s room but Simar comes and stops her before she can open.
Prem comes and tells that court has given 1 week to Khushi and Veeru to leave house.
