Titli tells Kashyap that her father stole someone’s hard earned money and went to jail because of their curse. Inder says she is right. Rano asks Badimaa if she will get Ishan married to such a girl. Badimaa says she felt bad hearing Titli’s story and asks how did she stay alone since childhood. Ishan thinks if its Titli’s true story or she is lying. Titli says she has an elder brother who is more wicked than her brother and stays in another city, its good that he stays away from her. Ishan senses family’s dilemma and tells Titli they should go as she should finish her office project. He walks out with her and on the way takes revenge from Golu. Out of house, Ishan questions if her story was true. She says partly true. Their nok jhok starts. She asks if she acted better than Bollywood heroines. He says she acted really bad and warns her to be natural. She gets angry and continues arguing with him.
Family checks album photos spoilt by Titli and laugh. Rano fumes while Inder and Alok joke. Meethi says she liked Titli. Rano says she hates her and is worried that she will ruin Ishan’s life. Badimaa says Titli stayed alone whole life and hence couldn’t get proper morales, so they shouldn’t criticize her upbringing. Ishan continues questioning Titli and insists to drop her home. She waits for an auto and says she doesn’t take a stranger home. He asks if she stole something. She tries to call her friend to pick her up when a boy throws a paper plane on her. Ishan asks about her brother. She remembers her brother playing with paper plane with her and scolds boy to stop behaving like a pilot he is from a poor family and will never become a pilot. Ishan insists Titli again to drop her home and takes her in his car. She stops car a few minutes away from her house and says she doesn’t want anyone to know where she stays. Their nok jhok starts again. She tries to get out of car, but her seatbelt gets jammed. He helps her and falls in her lap. Their eyes lock. He gets into his senses and says she criticized him, but he helped her. An alcoholic passes by and comments thinking they are romancing. Ishan gets angry. Titli walks away.
