Kallidaikurichi…… A beautiful and evergreen village in Thirunelveli district of Tamil Nadu. It has its own marked biodiversity rich in various fantabulous species of birds, insects nd cattle. The farm lands make the door and invites u to the most mesmerizing village. The lake(yeri) fills the thirst of both farms and farmers. Agriculture is the backbone. And farmers r treated with grt respect there bcoz ppl know that without them we r nothing. Along the road to be exactly sand road (mann roadu) flushes the sand bcoz just now a bullock cart has passed. There are tall palm trees which make the road look as if a palace is guarded by its huge wall. People rear cattle especially goats and ducks and trust me they r the google maps of the village. Vaaika varapu azhagu sollukul adangathu.

There is big house is shown. The wood door of the house which depicts a beautiful sculpture of maha lakshmi shows the age of that door. A beautiful and spacious muttram( The space inside the house where there is no roof and held by pillars in four corners, which allows sunlight and rain to enter house) welcomes us. The wooden furniture gives us a grt antique fell and then pooja room smiles at us spreading the effervescence of samrani. Kandhashasti kavasam sings……. Shastiyai nokka saravana bhavaom…….
A lady shouts and swarms into room…. Kavya… Kavya… Wake up. Dont want to go to school ah!! Wake up di. Already its late and today its friday…. Will a girl child sleep so long??? Wake up.
A girl wakes up from her cot. And enters washroom refreshes herself bcoz she knows without brushing her mother will never give her coffee. She is Kaavya. Studying 10th std. She comes out and takes the news paper and starts reading. A girl with towel wrapped in her head comes from kitchen and gives her coffee glass. Kavya eagerly sips coffee glass and finds that it is empty. She angrily looks up and starts chasing her dear elder sister. She is sudha. Studying UG 2nd year. They both revolve around the house and collides with a tall, dark and handsome man. They both stuns and says pls look foward and walk Mr. Tamilarasn. Its their elder brother. Studied only 10th but looking after their farm lands and manages rice mill. He is a very caring and protective brother. He pinches both of his sisters ears and asks them to go nd get ready.

The lady their mother, Shanthi comes and gives coffee to Tamil and aks where is he(avaru). Tamil says that there is some panchayat so he went to sort out the issue. He is the family head. A very respected person of kallidaikurichi and also village head. But he is so soft spoken nd sweet person and the most beloved father of her…….
Tamil asks wher is my god(saami)!!! Shanthi says today is friday na….
Tamil understands and says that he will go nd pick her up.

A Marvellous and stunning Vaithiyanaathan temple gopuram is shown. A girl with flashing maroon pavadai and golden thavani( half saree) enters the temple. Her legs carry a charming anklet studded with silver pearls( muthu mani) all over and it makes a blissful music. She holds her skirt with her fingertips and bends down to touch the entrance of temple. Mean while her long silky plates(pinnal) falls before her. She then adjusts her hair towards her ears and the jasmine flowers smell from her hair spreads all through the air. She reaches the main sanadhi and gives away the pooja basket to pandit(ayer) and rings the bell. The sound of maroon and golden glass bangles sizzles along with the sound of bell. She holds her hands and prays mean while ayer comes and shows aarthi plate. She gentely have aarthi and pats in her eyes nd head. She then smears the vibhuthi streak in her forehead and kunkum below her beautiful bindhi. She is the magical MEENATCHI……Studied upto PG and currently doing P.Hd. She is working as a school teacher denying all the highly paid jobs just to serve her village people. Her biggest aim is to build a school and to provide free education to all the needy people of her village. She loves her family and her village.

Now a hustle bustle road is shown Filled with unbearable traffic. Horn sounds…. Yellow painted school nd college buses….. Over flowing share autos….. Always late PTC buses painted green….. A hyper active city….With pollution and at the same time with its own beauty of Marina beach, Valluvar kottam, Kabhalishwarar temple, Ranganathan street, Rippon building, chepak stadium, nehru stadium, Cental Station, Gemini flyover…….corner street Pilayar temples and hot chips tea shops…… Yes its our very own Chennai with uncountable beauty bearings. There a simple, small but beautiful individual house is shown. A woman switches on radio at sharp 9.00 AM. Its sharadha. A bit egoistic but kind hearted woman. A man enters house after finishing his morning walk with a hot tamil newspaper in his hand. He is Mr. Raja shekaran. A retired civil engineer. A girl hurry burriely gets ready to go to work. She packs her tiffin and kisses her father and leaves to work. She is Soundarya, a software IT professional. Shardha rushes into a room and increases the volume of radio to its peak so that her lazy son wakes up. Radio alarms as “GOOD MORNING CHENNAI…….” its the sweet voice of our hero SARAVANAN. At the moment a man, wakes from his bed and shouts at his mom for waking him so early since its only 9.00 AM. Its again our Saravanan. And in radio the program being broadcasted is previously recorded one. Yes he is a Radio Jockey. Its his passion and also his profession. He is a very kind, energitic but at times lazy, honest young man. And also a flirt.
He has one elder sister and a younger brother Sakthi who is studying 11th. This makes his small and lovely family……
