The Episode starts with Kumud praying for Saras’ recovery and life. She talks to the Maa and says Saras never failed, how can he lose now. Saras gets critical. Kumud cries and says we are ready to give any test, till we are together. She says you have to make my Saras fine, if there is anything else written in our fate, you have to change our fate. Badimaa comes and keeps her hand on her head. Badimaa cries seeing Kumud break down. The doctor treats Saras. Everyone wait outside. The nurse takes blood bottles. Badimaa comes back to everyone. Danny asks where is Kumud. Badimaa says she is praying infront of Lord.

Vidyachatur says Lord, are you seeing Saras, make him fine soon. Saras is shown in OT. Kumud comes to everyone and they ask her to trust Lord. The doctor comes out. Danny asks how is Saras. The doctor says he is very critical. Vidyachatur asks will he survive. The doctor says next 12 hours will tell that, its crucial time. Guniyal asks can we see him. He says no, we are taking him to ICU now. Danny asks him to make Saras fine. The doctor says we will try our best. Anushka comes there crying. (Chameleon!!) Badimaa asks everyone to home, as she will stay with Kumud and Saras here.

Kumud sees Saras in the ICU and looks at him through the mirror crying. She thinks of his lovely words. O piya…………….plays…………………..Their sweet moments are shown in flashback. He promised her that he will always be with her. She looks down and imagines Saras coming to her. He says Kumud………….. She looks at him. She says Saras…… He says you don’t look good being sad like this. She says why do you do this with me. He says this time I did not do anything, it was not in my hands. She says I can’t walk alone, I exist because you exist. They keep hands on the mirror. O piya…………….plays………… She comes out of her imagination and sees Saras lying unconscious on the bed.

The FB shows their love journey and best moments. (It means Saras is truly dying!!) Saras moves and Kumud sees him. she calls the doctor.

Precap:
Vidyachatur asks Badimaa and Kumud is Saras fine. The doctor comes and he asks him. Everyone wait for his answer. Anushka makes a sad tensed face. (She should be slapped hard!!)
