The Episode starts with a girl going to help Radhika. She gives her a sanitary napkin. Radhika covers the periods stain on her dress and goes. She rushes to the washroom and cries. She gets Suman’s call. Suman asks did you reach office well. Radhika cries. Suman asks what happened, are you crying. Radhika says I got the periods three days before, I didn’t carry a pad. Suman asks did it leave a stain. Radhika says I don’t understand anything since I came here, everyone was staring at me and turning away, what would they think of me, I m feeling so insulted. Suman says think what will you do. Radhika says I will manage, it was my first day at job, so I was stressed, I m not crying, I m fine. Suman panics and says you are just telling me, I m not there to help you. Radhika says I will wash

the kurta with handwash, I will call you later. She washes the kurta. She cries. The stain doesn’t get clear. She ties a dupatta to her waist and washes her face. Radhika comes for the orientation. She sees the class going on. She gets seated. She hears the lecture.

Radhika’s phone rings. Everyone gets disturbed. Radhika puts the phone on silent. The lady says I will remove the extras who fail in this training, be extraordinary. Gomti says Radhika would be so embarrassed. Suman worries. Gomti says the men would be staring at her. Suman says don’t tell this to anyone. Amma comes and asks what’s happening. Gomti tells her everything. Amma says its not any unique thing, it’s a natural thing, Suman you have given wings to your daughter, let her fly, don’t worry for everything. Radhika waits for everyone to leave. Suman calls Radhika and says sorry, I m not with you. Radhika thanks the girl for helping her. Samiksha gives the welcome kits to everyone. She says you are free today, you can explore the office, food court and gym, I m here if you need help. Radhika says we didn’t know that only 5 trainees will get the job. Samiksha says we just confirmed 3 girls last year. Radhika goes. She says Samiksha said we don’t have office work today, can I leave. The lady says yes. Radhika cries and leaves. She comes home and relaxes. She thinks of everything. Ravi comes and packs his bag. He says you got busy, I will go back and do my work, I got the tickets. She asks what. He says I have to leave now.
