Gunjan and Prabhu bring Mayank out, the men call the doctor while Gunjan tries to wake him. She says only cowards commit suicide. Mayank flutters his eyes open by the time everyone comes close his eyes close again. All ladies are crying Seema is hysterical the ambulance comes. Gunjan imagines Mayank near her holding her chin she tries to hug him he disappears. Everyone apart from Rachna Gunjan prabhu Gopal go with Mayank in the ambulance while they go in the car. Rachna consoles Gunjan and offers her water who is crying she imagines Mayank riding a bike on the way. Seema is consoled by Shayl and Dayal. In the hospital Mayank is being wheeled in Charu pushes Gunjan, Gunjan goes to a small statue of devi and says to take her life but to make sure Mayank is fine.

The Doctors take a look and say its a serious accident and his life is in danger. Seema pleads to save his life while Dayal tells them to do their best. Sangeeta comes and Seema hugs her. Dayal tells Prabhu to change his shirt as he will get sick. Rajeev is thinking about his conversation with Gunjan and is worried he calls her but is not able to connect. He calls rachna who tells him everything and that they are in the hospital.

Doctors come out and say there is a blood clot they need to operate and the family should make the decision soon. Dayal says he will complete all formalities. Charu whispers she does not want to be a widow or wife of a handicapped. Gunjan hears this and is in tears that everything is happening because of her. Doctors say that Mayank is O-ive and they need blood but it is out of stock. Gunjan says she is O-ive as well. Charu says she should not give blood and she will call her dad who will arrange for blood in no time.Seema stops Charu and tells her Gunjan should not go and she is ashamed Charu is her bahu. Seema comes to Gunjan and tells her beta pl go and give blood.

Operation starts. Gunjan is giving blood lost in Mayank s thoughts. song tum ho in background. Outside everyone is tensed Seema Shayl Prabhu have flashback of time spent with Mayank. Police comes in and says someone informed them Mayank attempted Suicide, charu is smug the family is worried. gopal Prabhu try to handle the situation saying it was an accident but police says they wont leave without a statement and someone had called from the hospital. Charu looks victorious. Police says he will talk to doctors and nurses Rajeev comes in and says they are his family friends and it was not a suicide as he knows Mayank and there was no need for him to do it. He convinces them and police leave. Gunjan finishes givving blood and she is weak nurse tells her to drink something but she refuses she comes outside. Seema thanks her. Shayl tells he to eat but Gunjan says she wont till the operation is over. Everyone is impressed while Charu is furious
