A lady in late forties in light blue simple saree is shown standing near the window with a photo in her hand staring the dark sky…… Some tears were ready to jump from her eyes and she closed it letting them travel down through her cheeks….she wiped them off and looked at the photo….it was of a young boy nearly of 19yrs…..he was looking so cute and the lady thinks still staring at his innocent face….
Lady( monologue):..where are you…….it has been 5 years….5yrs without seeing u….pls forgive me SANSKAR….I’m a very bad mother….I failed being a good daughter and now failed to be a good mother too…..I didn’t stand on ur side when I needed me the most….beta…pls come soon…..
She then looks at a letter in her hand which is still not opened.. She opens it and tears flows reading it…but that was of happiness…she keeps staring at the letter reading it again and again….” Mom…. I hope u are fine…. Sorry mom for leaving u alone…but now I promise I won’t leave you ever…I’m coming back……..I’ll be there by 10th feb….. Yours Sanskar…” these words made her smile in tears….
“Sujatha…….”she heard someone calling her…… She quickly wiped her tears and went down to find her two sister in laws looking her like they will eat her alive….one sil.was peeping from the kitchen taking a deep sigh……
(Annapoorna Maheshwari: sujathas eldest sil.. Wife of Durgaprasad Maheshwari,her eldest brother…. Dp is rude and only cares for the family business and reputation….but ap is soft and loves suju but not shows openly…
Kaveri Maheshwari: 2nd sil,wife of Vishnuprasad Maheshwari… Both cares only for family name..and just their son.
Seema Maheshwari:3rd sil,wife of Krishnaprasad Maheshwari, Seema like Kaveri doesn’t care of anyone else other than her son..but Kp,the one with soft heart…..loves all….cares for the whole family… )
Before sujatha could say anything Kaveri and Seema started there daily series .
Kaveri:ohhhh…..here comes our Maharani….!!!! Where the hell were u Sujatha….
Seema:we don’t have time like u….our sons are coming after doing a lot a works…they need food…not like ur….ohh…I forgot he ran away naa….
Kaveri: even if that one was here today, I’m sure he will be a big zero….to win one should have atleast a surname which he don’t have…..its hood he ran away…or…..
“Just stop it Kaveri…”ap comes from kitchen stopping them and looking at Sujatha who was shedding tears staring the ground.
Ap: Kaveri…Seema….pls stop these rubbish and go and do ur own duties….u have no right to say something like this….and sujatha….come with me…
Kaveri and Seema leaves like this doesn’t affect them….
Ap:(softly)sujatha…..why can’t u say something back…always shedding tears….how have given u tongue to speak….
Suju:let it be bhabhi…… I’ve not used it when it should be used…
Ap looks at her and sighs and both continues their work….
They heard car sounds and then their talks while coming in…. All went and came down after freshening up….to have food…. Kaveri and Seema continued their taunts..suju was least bothered as she couldn’t think anything else than that of her sons return….he said 10th feb which is the next day….. Ap and Kp tried to interfere but stopped seeing Dp glaring at them… Others were not at all interested in these talks and they were sitting with their respective partners….but one was frustrated with all these…..Ragini….daughter of Kp and seema…youngest of the family…
Sujatha(trying to start a talk)..ammmm…mmm…bha….bhai…. Sanskar….is..coming back….(Dp raises his eyebrows questionably)..vo….I got…his letter….he’ll come tomorrow….
Ragini( happy):…what….really….bhai is coming back…..
Seema:shut up ragini….what’s there to shout this much….don’t know why he’s coming…
Ragini:stop it mom…I know u don’t like bhai….you’ve tried alot to make our brother-sister relation break…..but for ur kind information ur plans to make me away from him won’t work…. And she leaves from there without looking at anyone…
Kaveri:ooo…i guess he maybe tired of wandering and starving….afterall he won’t get this luxury life…..
Dp:bas…..if he want to stay here let him….and sujatha….don’t expect anything else….and u two…don’t interfere in our matters…
Suju nods and leaves….. In all these there were people unaffected…
Adharsh Maheshwari:25yrs, son of dp and ap… Working in their family business…following dps path.. Married to parineeta, a simple and ideal(according to them) bahu…that means never crosses their words…
Sahil Maheshwari:25yrs son of kaveri and Vp…exactly opposite to them….really fedup daily household drama but doesn’t say anything….. Honest advocate…..Married to Kavita,she too work with sahil…
Samrat Maheshwari: 1yr younger brother of sahil…..like parents…complete spoiled rich brat… Doing final yr masters in The Elite College…
Ragini Maheshwari:22yrs, daughter of Seema and Kp,cute loving girl like father…loves all family but really fed of their typical business mind….. Loves someone unknown to the family…
Ansh Maheshwari: 21 yr… Doing his bachelor degree….in The Elite College….like Kp,gives importance to relation not family name…fed of family drama so staying in college hostel….

The next day….. A hand opens the gates of Maheshwari Mansion and the person walks through the way surrounded by different flowers and reaches the grand wooden door …..he walks in and looks around to find the luxurious interiors of mansion……he came and stands in the middle of the hall looking around….just then Ragini came down blabbering something and on seeing the man,shrieking in happiness she runs and hugs him…(hmm….u all guessed it right….it’s our Sanskar….)
Ragini(blabbering):..huhh..these teachers don’t have any other work??? Always assignments and projects…(sees Sanskar)…bhaiiii……(happy and runs to him and hugs him)…oh bhai…missed u….how are u bhai….why did u come early????
Hearing ragini all came out…but no one paid a single glance except some who were really happy…
Sanskar(breaking the hug): fine chotus…I missed u too…
Suju:(tears of happiness flows and couldn’t say anything)..Sanskar…..
She hugs him…
Sanskar:oh mom….no.more tears….I’m back naa….
Seema:oii ragini..what are u doing there…u have college na…go…
Dp:(not caring about anything)…everyone go….it’s time for work….
And he leaves without looking at him…..followed by adharsh, samrat,vp.. Kp comes and pats Sanskar’s cheeks lovingly and leaves…. Sahil and Kavita comes to him…
Sahil:..hey Sanskar…(hugs him…)…u r fine naa…
Sanskar breaks the hug and nods in ok….
Sahil:so meet ur bhahi… Kavita……hmm…we can talk in detail in evening…..I’ve a hearing..so…we need to leave
And they leaves bidding bye to them…. Ragini too left to college…. Now only suju and Sanskar left behind…
Sanskar: hmmm…nothing has changed mom…everything is same…khadoos Maheshwaris….and devil mrs Maheshwaris…
Suju:..(staring him lovingly )….u have changed alot Sanskar…but still….u never leave a chance to call them khadoos naa…
Sanskar :ohhh…my dear mom…..now I’m 24…so I’ve to change naa…and they are khadoos…so I’ll call them that only….ahhh…leave it…(cupping sujus face and wiping the tears)…sorry mom….(in heart)these Maheshwaris would have made u cry these yrs naa…now I’ll never let tears in ur eyes….I promise….they will pay for each and every drop of tears flowed from ur and my eyes and heart…..
Suju:..Sanskar….what are u saying….it..its…come….leave all these….go to ur room….I’ve arranged everything….
Sanskar nods and leaves…. He reaches a small yet neat and beautiful room….he looks around….some memories flashes before him…..he closes his eyes in frustration……he goes to shower….the chilling cold water failed to cool his burning heart….still some words and flashes was making his eyes wet….the shower failed to hide these tears too which he had buried deep inside his heart……

For that u need good blood in veins..not like…”..and many other words rang in his ears…he came out in a simple red tee and blue jeans….and he moved towards the window staring out…..
Just then….a big bag hitted his back…he stumbled a bit and turned back….
Slapppp….someone slapped his cheeks,but not so tight…and before understanding anything Sanskar received a soft punch in his stomach…
Sanskar:(on receiving the slapp)awwww…(but another punch)…ouchhh….what the…..
He straightened himself and looks at the one who slapped him with a sheepish smile and the person was staring him in anger keeping hands crossed across the chest…..
Sanskar:awww…SWARA……what is this yaar…..is this the way to welcome someone….
Swara:u….idiot…..fool……is this….
Sanskar(breaking her words):woww….easy my lady….hmmm…achha…..(holding ears)sorry…sorry….I’m little late….pls forgive my dear…..
Swara:little??? It’s been 5 years Sanskar…..(tears)…I thought…….
Sanskar:(cupping her face lovingly )…thought???that… I forgot u…and will never come back????
Swara nods in tears…
Sanskar:….I’m Sanskar….I’ll never break my words Swara……and…..how u thought I’ll not come back??? The most important people in my life is waiting for me…..so…I would have to come naa…
Swara(hugging him):…I missed u….now pls don’t leave…..or if u leave….I’ll also come with you….
Sanskar:aww…I missed you too…..and now I promise…I won’t leave u…..sorry for making you wait so long…..u knew the reason…..swa…
Swara: hmmm…I don’t want an explanation Sanskar…..
They stood there hugging each other lost in thoughts….
