Heya Peeps!! So I am back with the second last chapter of TS… Ya , I know all of you had to wait for long, so so sorry for that, I was a bit busy with personal issues and to top that was irritating cold and cough! So sosorry… So no bak bak , straight to the part…

“He will pay for this , that blo*dy man has to pay for this…” – he fisted his palms in anger and looked at Swara… His love, his life was herself lying lifeless, his Swarawho was dying for his single glance for the last few days was now not even looking at him. Her gaze was aimless which clearly showed that she was left all barren, the thing that was most precious to her, her dignity was snatched by that demon! Sanskar couldn’t bear to look at her state and immediately closed her eyes tightly and turned…
Tears trickled down the corner of his eyes as he felt a deep guilt forming inside him! Somewhere , he himself was responsible for his love’s condition. Flashes of the memories of their tiff, her tears, she trying to convince him and trying to talk to him at every nook and corner of the office but he plainly ignored and even hurt her, appeared in his mind….
[Flashback]
[Last Evening]
[Office]
[Near the coffee machine]
It was near about 6:30 in the evening. Maximum staffs had left by then. Only a few including he and Nikhil had stayed back as it wasSwara’s order, they had an important presentation to work on.Swara was trying to talk to him from the morning, but all she got was his ignorance. Finally , in the evening Swara saw him taking a coffee break and this was the perfect time to confront him, she thought.
“Sanskar…” – Swara said in a low tone as he was standing there pouring himself a cup… He turned immediately…
Swara – Sanskar.. Woh I need…
Sanskar (interrupting her sarcastically) – Ohh! So Miss Swaraneeds a cup of coffee! Plzz maamyou go and sit in your cabin, I myself would bring your coffee… Oops sorry Maam, I forgot, but youcant command something like that because that’s not a part of my job!Haina?? So I am sorry Maam (with emphasis) I cant keep your this order… And if you wanna fire me, most welcome!!!
He stomped off arrogantly leaving her in tears…
[Present]
EGO!!! This mere three letter word had always been so hungry, that it had eaten up many manyrelationships. And now it was his big fat EGO that was on the verge of victimizing the beautiful relationship which had otherwise been bloomed… But now it was late (he opened his eyes and turned towards Swara), no but it was not too late! It was somewhere his mistake and he would mend it at any cost… He couldn’t afford to lose her, his Swara, his inspiration, his light of life, she was above everything, she was his world, and he couldn’t destroy his world…
He immediately ran to her side and sat down on the stool near the bead, but she was just refusing to spare even a glance to him. He was at loss of words and didn’t know what to say…. He slowly touched her hands, she immediately moved a bit shivering… No this was not a shiver of love or spark, this was a shiver of ‘FEAR’, fear of touch!Sanskar was shocked seeing her reaction… Finally, her eyes met his…
Sanskar looked into her eyes with a mixed emotion of love and guilt. He promised her security and care through his eyes but in return there was no feelings answered. He saw her full blank., her eyes were devoid of emotions, not even anger and sadness. He understood how badlythat filthy animal had bore the seeds of fear in her and left her lifeless. He fisted his palms as immense anger shooted through his spine…
“Kaki! Where is police?? Did you call the police??” – Sanskar askedKamla…
Kamla – Yes Beta, they had come, but Swara is not in a condition to say anything. So they had decided to come tomorrow, they have tightened the security around…
Sanskar nodded and got up. “Kaki, I have a few works to do, its time that bastard has to pay back…” – he gritted his teeth…
He looked at Swara who has now closed her eyes, she was sleeping.Sanskar slowly caressed the hair tresses that fell on her forehead ,she flinched a bit even in sleep.Sanskar was feeling immense pain seeing her trauma, he slowly caressed her hair for a few moments, looking at her sleeping face with his eyes filled with all love he had for her…
He got up… “You plzz take care of her… I will be ryt back…” – he said toKamla and went out of the room where Nikhil was waiting…
[Outside The Room]
Sanskar was sobbing hugging Nikhil tightly as he was trying to console him. “Sab meri wajah sehua yaar, all because of me!!! MeraEgo, mera gussa… Why is she paying for me?? Why? Agar aj tunemujhe nahin call kia hota, I wouldn’t have ever know what all hell she went through!!!” – he was just breaking down.
Nikhil broke the hug and patted his back… “ Calm down Sanskar… Plzzcalm down! I know its tough, its not the time to break down! We have to get to work, that bastard has no right to live… We have to find him!” – he said in an angry tone.
“Ya you are correct! I have to find him… At any cost! Come lets go…” –Sanskar wiped his tears and gritted his teeth!
Nikhil (stopping him) – NoSanskarr! You be here , I will go…
Sanskar (worried) – But tu akelekaise??
Nikhil (looking at the room to sleeping Swara) – She needs you here Sanskar, tu yahan reh… Andmeri chinta toh bikul mat kar! I have my sources, raat khatam hone sepehle that bastard will be here right at her feet….
Nikhil smirked and left. Sanskarwent back to Swara who was sleeping, but fear was evident on her face… He called at home and informed he wouldn’t return for the night but didn’t reveal the reason. He sat back on the stool and gazed at Swara…. He didn’t hold her hand or avoided any other physical contact as it would clearly disturb her…
Time stood still, and he was not tired, all he wanted was to see his lady love forever and ever and ever…
[4 hours later]
[Morning 4 AM]
Swara slowly opened her eyes, she was frowning a bit , her head was aching like hell. “P-p-a-a-n-i-i!” –somehow she muttered in her dry voice bringing Sanskar out of his sleep. He had drifted to sleep staring at her. He immediately leant towards her with the glass of water in concern. Swara’s gaze fell on him as he slightly lifted her head to make her gulp a bit of water. She drank without protest. Sanskarslowly wiped the corner of her bruised lips with napkin making her flinch in pain. “Aahh!” – she let out a small scream.
This was it for Sanskar, her pain was piercing his heart. He did not think anything and immediately hugged her tight making hershocked, tears were rolling down from his cheeks as he hugged her protectively. Swara was at first shivering in fear, touch was something she was afraid of now! But somewhere she felt calm hiding her face in his chest, his touch was miraculously comforting to her but still shivers were persistent, her body was just fearing any sorts of physical contact but her heart just refused to ignore him…
Sanskar (in a broken wet voice) –Its all because of me Swara, its all because of me that you are here… My anger and ego did all this Swara! I cant apologize Swara, I am not getting words… I I … My love failedSwara, I was defeated by my anger… Swara!!! I loved you and will always love you with all my heart body and soul!!! But I know am not worthy of you…. You deserve muchmuch better than me…
‘LOVE!’ Sanskar , the Sanskar whom she thought to be her everything loved her… His words made Swarashocked, she did not know how to react, tears flooded her eyes, voicedidn’t come out! Sanskar felt wet on his chest and immediately broke the hug. He cupped her face and wiped her tears…
Sanskar – Sshh! Sshh Swara… NoPlzz don’t cry, I know what I have done or told just now is so wrong, I know u don’t love me or never can, I promise I will resign and will never show you my face again… plzz don’tcry!
He was panicking as she was not well, in this condition it was very important for her not to cry…
“Pyaar toh maine vi tumse bahut kiaSanskaar! (Loved this daiilouge ofSanskar, so thought to use it onSwara) Karti thi, Karti hoon aurhumesha karoongi….” – Swarasuddenly spoke up in her pain stricken voice…
Now, it was his turn to get shocked. He could not believe his ears…
Swara (continued) – Par iss pyaarki itni izzat nahin rahi ab Sanskar… Look at me Sanskar, I have nothing to give to you Sanskar, I am barren, that man has taken away everything from me… I am sorry Sanskar, itsnot you but its me who don’t deserve you!!! Chale jao Sanskar…Chale jao….
She looked away from Sanskarwiping her tears, she knew this damn society very well!She knew ifSanskar would be there with her, then he would equally have to suffer! She wouldn’t spoil his life at any cost… “Go away Sanskar…” – she muttered somehow…
This was it for Sanskar! He held her shoulders and jerked making her turn towards him, she was still looking down…
Sanskar (in a determined voice) – I am not going anywhere and so are not you!!! Goddamit you just don’t get that I love you Swaraa! You are my life… And I know I had done many mistakes in the past few days, but I promise you Swara I would mend it all… You know you are only made for me Swara, I couldn’t understand your worth! You are very bold Swara, to handle all this alone that too from so many days! But now, its my responsibility and I will make sure that not even a single scratch comes on you… PlzzSwarra don’t keep me away from you, I will die Swara…
Swara looked up at him andimmediately put her hand on his mouth. She pleaded with her eyes nodding in a no. Sanskar smiled faintly and removed her hand….
Sanskar (in a sad voice) – I knowSwara, this was all my fault. You had to pay for my ignorance, I really am sorry, I will make everything right!
Swara – Yes Sanskar you were wrong! All this while I just wanted to say you how much you meant to me, but you were adamant to not even listen to a word! I admit I had done wrong hiding about Rohit but I was scared Sanskar… He is a demon, he (she sniffed in tears) he would have harmed you, I I…
She couldn’t complete and started crying! Sanskar felt very very bad and guilty! Indeed he should have listened to her atleast once… He was so so wrong… He immediately hugged her tightly consoling her. Hekissed in her hairs, he himself was in tears. Suddenly his phone rang.Swara came out of his hug wiping her tears as he took the call…
“Ha Nikhil… Ha! (He looked atSwara) Ha we are coming…” – he kept the call. Swara looked at him in question…
Sanskar – Chalo Swara…
Swara – Where??
Sanskar – To kill that demon! That bastard who had tried to turn you lifeless!!!
Swara’s face whitened… She panicked again…
Swara (in a shaken voice) – R-r-o-h-i-t!!! How did he… What did you do to him??
Sanskar could see how much she was in fear of that dirty creature, but now she had to face her fear and conquer it!
Sanskar looked straight into her eyes… “Not I , you will do it…” – he said calmly…
Swara jerked immediately – No, Icant Sanskar… I just cant…
Sanskar was angry now – What the hell Swara! You have to… you cantrun from your fear!
Swara (closing his eyes in a pleading tone) – Plz Sanskar! I cant! I just cant…
Sanskar (holding her hand) – You can Swara, you have to teach that bastard a lesson… You have to punish him!!!
Swara nodded in a vigorous no burying her head on her knees… “Why cant you Swara?? Where is my bold Swara?? You have to… Whycant you?” – Sanskar shouted at her now! Enough was enough…
“Because I have promised someone that I will never harm that man!!! Icant even put a scratch on Rohit! I have been bound by a promiseGoddammit! I cant break it!!!” – sheblurted out at her highest pitch making Sanskar shocked!!!
There were many things he still needed to know! The truth had to unravel….
