Scene 1:
Location: Hanuman’s Preachings by Goddess Saraswati
Parshuram is bestowed the title by lord shiva himself, as he bears the great weapon. hanuman is curious to know how he saved the world. she tlls him how once renuka, parshu’s mother got implicated. Saraswati tells hanuman that Renuka was famous for her devout devotion to her husband, and the rituals to be performed therein. he finds a gandharva playing with ladies in the water, and starts dreaming that she wont ever get a time like that. when she returns back, her husband is enraged and furious at her, and instructs his sons to kill her. but they deny saying that they cant kill their mother. he curses them and they turn into stones. she is apalled. just then, parshu walks in and is horrified to see what happens. he is instructed by his father to kill his mother for this act of shamelessness and infidelity. parshu complies. hanuman is apalled and asks saraswati how could parshu do this, as he wouldnt ever be able to. she explains that he was merely following his father’s orders. the rishi then realises what he just did, and then revives his wife and his sons back yet again, when he is overwhelmed of the supreme devotion that his son has for him, and grants him a wish, and he wishes for his mother and brothers to be alive. they are all amused. he apologises to his mother, while he is asked not to, as people shall know his sacrifice for centuries. he is blessed by his parents. hanuman is curious to know how did this avatr save the world. saraswati tells him how once Kantiverya was passing by the rishi’s ashram and intentionally demanded for 56 different kinds of feasts for he and his 500 men army. they are aghast but comply. hanumana sks how did they manage. sarswati reminds him about the kamdhenu cow, who helped them in their task. when the king finds out the importance and powers of the cow, he wants to take it. he asks for the same from rishi, who refuses saying that its been gifted to him by the lords, for his devotional rituals, and not for materialistic gains. but the king in his ego, said that he shall take it, forcibly, while the rishi and his son gets enraged. he venst out his anger at them and holds them captive. his mother screams out for parshuram. the screen freezes on hanuman and saraswati’s intent faces.
NO WORK SHOULD BE DONE IN HASTE AND ANGER…AS IT NEVER LEADS TO A GOOD OUTCOME!!!
Precap: As parshu comes and sees the dead bodies of his family, while the mother remains behind to lament on it all, he swears to kill kantiverya and avenge the death of his family.
