The Episode starts with Asha saying I have come to meet you like Ishani comes always. Sid says stop it, answer me, I know your life isn’t easy, did you think how I m dealing with it, isn’t it your duty to know my problems and support me, you always slap me about Ishani’s name, think about it once. He goes and thinks what’s this puzzle, its not getting solved. He checks the notepad. Asha says Sid has made these medicines list for his patients. Vardaan says good job, why are you tensed. Asha says nothing. He says come on Asha, tell me, I will handle it, did Sid tell you something, did you have any fight with Sid, how can you take a contract marriage seriously, enough of this tom and jerry game, its last time now I will take my revenge, none can save Sid, its my promise.

Shashank comes to his cabin. Juhi says I was waiting for you, I wanted to ask you something. He asks what’s the matter. She says I got these letters. He reads the notes and says its nonsense. She says I knew it, now I believe you, someone is playing this bad joke, we have to find out who is doing this. A girl plays with balloons. She slips. Sid and Ishani hold her. The girl says sorry, don’t scold me. Ishani says its not your mistake.

She gets her balloons. She says heart makes us do anything, sometimes we get hurt. Sid says its deep wound and hurts a lot sometimes. Ishani says if both are hurt, then it doesn’t mean they hurt each other more. The girl sees them talking indirectly. Ishani asks the girl to remember, not to run after this. The nurse takes the girl. Ishani bursts the balloon and says you broke my heart, Sid. She gives him a balloon and goes. Sid says you wanted to solve my life’s problem, I misunderstood you. He goes to the cafe. Ishani sits away. Rahil and Neil come to Ishani. Asha looks on. Rahil gets dizzy. They all hold him. Asha goes to Sid. They take Rahil for treatment. Ishani says I don’t think I should go. Sid says maybe his blood sugar got less because of long working hours, we have to get his blood tests done. He asks Asha to get BP machine. Ishani says I hope Rahil is fine.

Asha doesn’t see Sid. She sees Rahil unconscious. She says Rahil is getting more unwell. She gets Vardaan’s message and goes out to him. She says Rahil is serious, he is alone, I will go. He says its right chance, inject something in his blood that Sid becomes a stain on friendship. She says Rahil is my friend. Vardaan says even Sid and Ishani were your friends, you used to call her baby doll, you joke well, you have no option, its not good to remind you what I can do, go now, cheer up. Asha says I can’t do this, if I give the injection to Rahil… She goes to Rahil and takes the injection. She thinks what am I doing, I have no option.

Ishani worries for Rahil. Sid comes and stops Asha from injecting Rahil. Rahil opens eyes and gets up. He says sorry Asha, I had to do this drama, we are doctors, but we do some acting. FB shows Sid asking him to help him, Ishani is saying something wrong is happening. Rahil says of course, I will help. Neil says I will also be part of this plan, you can’t make many mistakes. Sid says you have to act like a patient. Rahil says fine, I will fall unwell. FB ends. Rahil says Asha your plan backfired, Sid you handle her. He comes to cafe. Ishani asks are you fine, what happened to you. He says yes. She says I was so worried. He says Sid got to know Asha’s truth. She asks what. Sid looks at Asha angrily.
