The Episode starts with Sid saying you can’t do this. She says everything is fair in love and war. Sid stops her. She says I know to make my own way. They argue. He asks for her phone. She says you won’t get it now. She puts the phone in her pocket. He lifts her and makes the phone fall. He gets the phone and says you find this wrong, its nothing like that, I can explain. She says you should have thought of it first, return my phone. He says try till you succeed. She goes out and says I got a corrupt boss, there are many personal things in my phone. She sees Juhi sitting on the bench. She asks for her phone. She shows a dog’s pic. Juhi asks what’s this. Ishani says I felt you will smile seeing this pic, if we see their cute faces, heart gets calm, I really love dogs. Juhi says you are Dr. Ishani right.

Ishani says yes, there would be some reason for not doing the surgery. Juhi asks why do you feel so. Ishani says you were invited to Ireland for a surgery, you have done many surgeries. Juhi says impressive, girls of your age stalk guys, you stalk doctors’ cases, this case is different for me, this case is of the Dr. Shashank. Ishani says you are getting a chance to do something for your mentor, to give him Gurudakshina, you always say that the work we are afraid of, we certainly do it. Juhi nods. Ishani says the reason isn’t imp, you have started this journey for a reason, recall that reason, maybe you will get your answer. She goes.

Sid feeds the patient. He shows Ishani’s pic and says she smiles as well. The girl says she looks cute. He sees the videos and laughs. He says she doesn’t spare anyone. The girl asks him did he delete the video, give the phone to Ishani. He says fine, only if you say. Ishani comes and asks did your cheapness end, return my phone. He says I was watching interesting videos in your phone, why is there no password. She says no one is cheap like you to check my phone. He asks don’t you have mum to check the phone out of curiosity or neighbor kids. They argue. Anjali says Dr. Shree has to be here, I m sending a chopper. She asks Shashank how is he feeling now. He asks where is Juhi. She says she is in guilt, she hasn’t operated you, I called another surgeon, I don’t think Juhi wants to do your surgery.

Juhi says of course, I will do it, sorry I was scared, I know you don’t trust me. Anjali says I never trusted you. Shashank says I always trusted Juhi. Juhi says I have to find a right place and apply incision. Anjali says my dad isn’t a subject of your experiment, Dr. Shree is a brilliant neurosurgeon. Shashank says yes but he isn’t much talented like Juhi. She says yes, who is more talented than her. He says indeed, its me. They smile. Anjali leaves. Shashank says she is always irritated. Juhi says its okay, how are you feeling.

Sid goes for the surgery. Ishani goes after him. They see Vardaan discussing about the wards for premium patients. Anjali comes to Juhi. Juhi asks what are you doing here. Anjali says I have to stay here for dad’s operation. Juhi says this is against the rules. Anjali says its my dad’s operation. Vardaan says we should fire the extra nurses, look at them, many nurses crossed the age of retirement. Mistry says don’t worry. Vardaan says I will introduce you to board of directors, they will be happy to meet the new CEO. Juhi says stay behind there, don’t disturb me. Sid says Vardaan wants to covert Sanjivani into luxury resort, he want Shashank dead for this, I will stop him. Rishabh stops her. Asha asks Juhi when will we start the surgery. Mistry says I heard Juhi is operating Shashank. Vardaan says it doesn’t matter, none can save Shashank. Ishani comes to talk. He says I m very busy. She says I know you are CFO.

Sid and Rishabh look on. Ishani says you can’t appoint new CEO, Shashank is CEO, India’s best neurosurgeon, he is alive, he will recover soon, put your plans on hold. Vardaan asks will you teach me now, maybe you didn’t learn anything from your parents. She says you said you don’t like people who break rules, one who do that face a bad outcome. He says thanks, I still don’t have time for all this. Sid says this girl is Patakha, I like it, I will see patients and come, Juhi is there for Shashank, Vardaan is after me. Ishani asks what’s happening. The girl says Juhi freezed again. Asha asks shall I do it. Ishani signs Juhi.

Juhi recalls Ishani’s words. She sees Shashank and thinks what should I do. She closes eyes. She sees Shashank. He asks what happened, you are my student, why did your hands freezed, there is no going back. She says I feel scared. He says me too, more than you, but I have total faith in you, I know you can do this, follow your heart Juhi. She opens eyes. She says we will do this operation through nose. Asha asks will we do this via the nose, we can reach the brain without damaging the nerves, why didn’t I get this idea. Juhi says because Dr Shashank didn’t train you, lets get going.
