SANGINI – A NEW BEGINNING! CHAPTER 41

Recap: ragsan are back together in Pooja’s house…..

Same night at Kolkata!

Swara and parineeta are sitting on terrace and thinking abt the happenings in the house. No one is happy especially dp….. N his sadness comes as anger on everyone…..

Laksh and adarsh comes there with two plates. SwaTa sees this but turn their heads…..

Laksh: arre humse kya narazgi???

Adarsh: from last two days u both are eating ur dinner here only n like last two days today also we hv brought ur dinner so have it like good girls……

Pari: adarsh u don’t need to do all this…

Swara: yeah… V r fine….

Laksh: v know how much fine u both are……

They both sit beside their wives and forwards the plate. They both start eating.

Pari: till when will this happen?? Papa is not taking care of his health also…

Swara: yeah… Yesterday also he skipped his medicine….

Adarsh: there is only one solution to this….

All: sanskaar!

Adarsh: yeah.. Only sanskaar cam make everything fine… From childhood he has been papa’s favourite.. I’m sure he can make him normal again……

Laksh: but how to bring him???

Pari: first v hv to find him na….

Laksh: He’s in Delhi…..

Trio: wht???

Laksh nods and tells them what happened on airport.

Laksh: He’s not ready to listen to us… May be that’s y papa has become like this….

Swara:… N.. Ra… Ragini..??

Laksh nods no. Swara has tears in her eyes. Pari keeps hand on her shoulder.

Laksh: I don’t know… She was not there with him…. But…..

Trio: but???

Laksh: but I saw him hugging a girl at airport….

Swara: may be she was ragini??

Laksh: no… ragini is tall n that girl was short n then he went away with that girl……

Swara: but wht abt ragini?? He said she’ll b with him n he’ll take care of her…

Laksh: I know but he didn’t told anything…

Adarsh: at least we know he’s in Delhi…. So we’ll try finding them…. But for now u both eat.. Its already late…….

This all was heard by dp who was standing behind the door… …. He walked down towards his room……..

DP’S POV!

Like everyday today also I was not getting sleep… I heard some noise and went out n saw laksh n adarsh going upstairs….. I felt it strange n went behind them…… There I heard…………………… Bcoz of me they all are in pain….. I’m sorry bacho I’m sorry………

He wiped his tears and went to his room. Rp saw him crying… He too had tears.

RP’S POV!

No I can’t see my family breaking like this….. I hv to bring sanskaar back no matter what…. He’s like oxygen of this house…. n bhaisa is the trunk of the our tree, our family…… I can’t let him break….. Tomorrow only i’ll talk to sanskaar…………

NEXT MORNING, DELHI!

Pooja gets up and gets freshen up and comes out of her room…. She smiles seeing ragini sleeping peacefully in sanskaar’s embrace and a cute smile on sanskaar’s face………

? FLASHBACK ?

Ragini was not getting sleep and was turning right n left. Pooja opened her eyes n saw her restless…. She sighed.

Pooja: bhabhi….

Ragini: nhi poo I’m toh sleeping na…..

Pooja sat on the bed. Ragini bit her tongue and sat facing her. She looked down….

Pooja ( holding her chin and making her look up ): do u want to go out???

Ragini ( nodding yes ): no….

Pooja ( winks.): Then go….

Ragini: but….

Pooja: its okay… I don’t want to be a wall between u two…..

Ragini: common poo… U broke the wall between us…. U are not the wall….

Pooja: okay… If u want i’ll go out n send him in….

Ragini: no no… U sleep here… We can’t disturb u more n sanskaar told me that u hv cervical problem so u sleep here i’ll go…..

Pooja: okay….. But sleep okay?? saari raat jagna matt…..

Ragini nodded and ran out of the room.. Pooja smiled and nodded her head…. Ragini came and kissed her cheek and whispered thank you and again ran out….. Pooja kept her hand on her cheek and came out of trance after few seconds after realising wht just happened…..

” pagal. ” she whispered and lied down…..

Outside… ragini came running to sanskaar and smiled widely but her smile fades seeing him sleeping ?, snoring…… She huffs…….

Ragini ( whispers ): Hadd hai…. Yahan meri neend udi hui hai n yeh maharaj yahan so rahe hai…….. I’m going n from now i’ll never come to u…. Huh….

She turns to go but sanskaar who was listening all this holds her wrist and pulls her towards himself making her fall on him with a thud…..

” ahh ” sh screamed.. Sanskaar kept his hand on her mouth so that pooja doesn’t wake up.

Sanskaar: shhssss….. Ginu don’t shout….

Ragini ( removing his hand from her mouth and sitting beside him…): how dare u sansku?? U hv planned to give me heart attack everyone second….. ..

Sanskaar ( keeping finger on her lips ): shhssss. . Don’t u say it again. ….

Ragini: chitt bhi tumhara patt bhi tumhara. …..

Sanskaar: matlab???

Ragini: Kuch nhi…. U sleep I’m going…..

Sanskaar: really??,,

Ragini ( nodding no ): yes…..

Sanskaar: okay then come……

He pulls her and she sleeps beside him with her back towards him. He back hugs her tightly…. She smiles and adjusts herself in his embrace……

Sanskaar: How’s ur foot??

Ragini: ny foot???

Sanskaar: u got hurt know in the morning??

Ragini: oh… Yeah its fine….Pooja applied the med and then band aid…

Sanskaar: today our Lil sister became our mother. ……

Ragini: yeah…… Today I really missed dadi ma.. In childhood when I used to get hurt she would gently apply medicine n wipe ny tears…. Just like Pooja did today….

Sanskaar: ginu….

Ragini: hmm…..

Sanskaar.: I’m sorry….

Ragini ( turning her side to face him…): sansku its okay…. No need to say sorry again n again….

Sanskaar kisses her forehead and hugs her. She too rested her head on his chest… They kept talking slowly abt how their day went without each other….. Sanskaar looked at her and found she has already slept . …… Sanskaar smiled and slept hugging her…. It was really a long day for them so they slept in each others embrace instantly ………

? FLASHBACK ENDS ?

Pooja goes in the kitchen to prepare breakfast for them….

Ragini wakes up as the sun rays fall on her. She hides her face In her palms and turns the side. She sees sanskaar who was sleeping beside , hugging her. She smiled and looked around and realized that it was not their house. She wanted to get up but couldn’t as sanskaar has held her by her waist.

Ragini: arre sanskaar leave me na. … Look Pooja will come… Let me go….

Sanskaar: ginu yaar…. Let me sleep n u also sleep. ….

Saying so he pulls her back and hugs her. Ragini tries her hard to free herself but is unsuccessful.

Ragini: sansku if u’ll not leave me in another one minute i’ll shout……

Sanskaar: okay then shout after one min… Till then sleep…..

Ragini: argh….

Sanskaar smiles and digs his face in her nape and nuzzled their giving her shivers. She slightly moaned his name….

Kitchen!

Pooja: agar in dono ka romance chalta raha toh i’ll b stuck here….. God sorry for what I’m going to do now… ……..

She takes a deep breathe and……

” thande thande paaanii se nahana chahiye……

Gaana aaye ya na aaye gaana chahiye….. ”

She sings on top of her voice in a hope that they both will get up and make the environment back to normal from romantic….

Hearing her song both ragini and sanskaar gets up with a jerk and turns red with embarrassment. Pooja peeps out of the kitchen and see them sitting. She sighs and comes out of kitchen with tray.

Pooja: arre aap dono uth gaye?,,

Ragini: yeah. Voh….

Pooja: oh I’m sorry… Ik I sang a Lil loudly but wht to do every morning I sing some or the other song….. Its my habit so I forgot that u two are also here……

Sanskaar: no no that’s okay Pooja… I’ll just come. ..

N he runs inside the room to get fresh. Pooja comes towards ragini smiling naughtily while she keeps on blushing.

Pooja: kya baat hai??? So much blushing haan???

Ragini: i’ll just come….

She turns to go but Pooja holds her pulls her back.

Pooja: I hope I didn’t disturbed ur romantic morning…….

Ragini: Pooja…..

Pooja: sanskaar….

Ragini blushes more and runs inside the room.

Pooja: bhai is inside already but I don’t hv any problem… …

Ragini hears this and runs outside and hugs Pooja! She laughs and caresses her hair. Sanskaar comes out and immediately ragini goes in. Sanskaar looks at Pooja who’s looking at him with one brow up and a naughty smirk on her face.

Sanskaar: wht??

Pooja: umm…. Nothing…….

She chuckles and goes towards the dining table. Sanskaar blushes and follows her.

At MAHESHWARI OFFICE!

Rp was walking here n there in his cabin and wondering how to talk to sanskaar abt coming back home. Laksh and adarsh enters his cabin.

Laksh: chachu….

Rp: arre u both?? Come. …

Adarsh: v hope v haven’t disturbed u…

Rp: common bacho……. Acha tell how cone u both are here??

Laksh: voh….. Bhai wants to say something…..

Rp: bolo adarsh…..

Adarsh: me??

Laksh signs her to say… He makes puppy eyes. Adarsh sighs.

Adarsh: chachu…. Actually we wanted to talk abt sanskaar…….

RP’S expression changed. He rubbed his hands nervously.

Rp: sanskaar???

Laksh: chachu…. We want him to come back coz only he can handle papa… u know na wht happened at airport??

Adarsh: n only u n dadaji and dadi know where he n ragini are…..

Laksh: v know that he’s in Delhi but…..

Adarsh: but only u can convince him to come back coz he won’t listen to us…..

Laksh: pls chachu…..

Adarsh: N if he’ll come back then may be ragini will also come……

Laksh: yeah he didn’t said anything abt her nor she was with him but I’m sure he might know where she’s..

Both the brothers look at each other coz rp was not saying anything just looking at them turn by turn as they spoke.

Adarsh: chachu say na something! Will u talk to him???

Laksh: v know not only us but chachi uttara n u also miss him very much….. Pls once talk to him….

Rp ( takes a deep breath ): I don’t know whether he’ll listen to me or not but I’ll try talking to him once for u all……

Laksh and adarsh hugs him and thanks him. After talking for some more time they both left.

Rp calls sanskaar after gaining so much strength.

DELHI !

Sanskaar was in his cabin doing his work when his phone ringed. Without looking at the phn he picked it up.

S: hello…..

R: hello….

S ( stopping his work ): who’s this??

He saw the phone and gritted his teeth seeing ” PAPA ” written on the screen.

S: y hv u called??

R: beta y r u talking like this???

S: So how shld I talk with a person who betrayed me n back stabbed me?? Haan tell me???

R: beta wht r u saying??

S: first stop calling me beta okay???

The door of his cabin is knocked. He keeps his hand on the phone and ask the person to come in.

Pooja comes in. Sanskaar signs her to sit and puts the phone on his ears.

S: i’ll call u back.

He keeps the phone and ask tensed Pooja wht happened??

S: wht happened Pooja?? Y r u so tensed???

P: actually sir…. I hv got some info abt verma’s n Maheshwari’s….

S: wht.. Wht it is???

P: they all were here to sign a deal with verma’s….

S: wht kind of deal??

P ( hesitate ): pa… Partnership deal…..

S ( standing n banging the table ): whtttttttttt????

Pooja nods yes. She knew how difficult it was for sanskaar.

S: r u sure Pooja??

P: yes sir. …. Actually maheshwari’s want to expand their business so they are signing a partnership deal with verma’s so that their company can even grow in Delhi ….

S: but their businesses are pole aparts…

P: no sir two months back only Laksh maheshwari started the new business of garments n verma’s are also in that business so……..

S: god it means if Verma wants our company to export his goods then may be Maheshwari’s will also want… N for that there will b a proper meeting n generally ragini goes to all those meetings which hv to do something with exports…. No.. I can’t let this happen…. I’ll not let her break once again……

P: but how can v keep her away from all this??

S: we hv to shift her….

P: means??

S: from finance department v hv to shift her to marketing department coz no member of marketing is required in these deals……..

P: but sir she’s specialised in finance…..

S: no Pooja I can’t take risk of her life again. ….. I’ll make her join IIM through which she’ll learn marketing management…..

P: its not that easy….

S: ik…. She’ll do the course from home it self… No need to go to college coz she’ll never agree to that……

P: n how will u make her agree to do IIM???

S: she has to agree Pooja… She don’t hv any other option…. V don’t hv any other option…. I don’t want laksh’s or any body from that family’s reflection also on her. …….

P: r u sure c???

S: yes….. U see the procedure for getting enrolled in MBA FROM IIM IN MARKETING n tell me asap……

Pooja nods yes and goes from there. Sanskaar gulps down the water being tensed. He comes out of his cabin and looks at ragini who’s happily working….

S ( thinking ): i’ll never let that smile fade away ginu….. Never……..
