Sana Sayyed recently opened up about her relationship with entrepreneur Imaad Shamsi. In an interview with BT she said, ” We know each other since 7 to 8 years as we were in college together. We had a few mutual friends, so were in touch with each other over the years, but we never thought we would start dating. After my show got over, I spent some good amount time with him and that’s when things started moving and I’m glad about that. I am happy that I finally found someone who’s on the same page with me. So we have just officially started dating each other and we decided to put it on our social media handles.”
She further adds, “I am very sure about my relationship with Imaad. I have manifested a partner like him for so long that finally it has come through. Also, I am very transparent and I don’t like to complicate things, so it’s better we share it with all. One more reason is that Imaad posted a picture of us and had written a cryptic post for me and I don’t know how people started guessing and asking him what’s happening. He got worried and asked me if he did something wrong, but I told him that it’s normal in this industry. He’s not part of the industry, so he doesn’t understand a few things and gets overwhelmed. So that’s when we decided let’s put up a post and share about our relationship with everyone.”
When asked about their future plans, the actress said, “Yes we want to settle down. He has told his family about us and I also told my mother about it. I feel things are turning well for us. But we aren’t planning to settle down this year because I want to give this year to myself, so may be in 2 or 3 years we would like to be settled together,” she says adding, “He is very loving, caring and supportive. We are very serious about each other.”
