Samridhii Shukla has been making headlines for her stellar performance as Abhira in “Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai.” However, the actress recently found herself entangled in controversy, being blamed for a co-actor’s break-up.
Before joining the current show, Shukla was part of “Saavi Ki Savaari,” where she shared impressive chemistry with her co-star, Farman Haider. Recently, Haider’s ex-girlfriend accused Samridhii of causing their split.
In an interview, Samridhii Shukla shared her thoughts on the allegations made by Farman Haider’s ex-girlfriend, actor Juhi Singh Bajwa.
While Samridhii and Farman shared great on-screen chemistry and were often linked together, they consistently maintained that they were just friends. Addressing the recent blame placed on her, Samridhii stated, “I wasn’t bothered. I did feel weird when I read a few articles because I feel a relationship can’t break because of a third person. It can only end because of issues between the two people.”

Samridhii further elaborated, “I don’t really have a reaction per se to this because I feel being talked about is a part and parcel of being in the showbiz world. You accept roses and thorns both. There will be good things written about me and at times I might be dragged into controversies; that’s how a public figure’s life is. I take it gracefully by not getting affected by the same.”
She added, “As per my knowledge, they broke up long back so bringing it up after them doing a show together doesn’t add up.”
In an interview, Farman Haider supported Samridhii, asserting that his break-up with Juhi Singh Bajwa had nothing to do with her. He mentioned that post-breakup, he and Juhi worked professionally on a show called “Aaina,” maintaining their distance.
Discussing the breakup, Farman said, “I believe that no third person can ever interfere in a relationship. Every story has two sides. One is theirs, and one is mine. I feel I shouldn’t disclose my personal life to anyone. Juhi is very lovely and a beautiful person.”
He added that despite romantic scenes in “Aaina,” which required him to be around Juhi all day, he holds no grudges and does not blame anyone for the end of their relationship.
