Salman Khan schools Shalin Bhanot for his claim to be the host of Bigg Boss 16; says, “you have not come here to be a host, you are a contestant, pehle woh karlo acche se”

Bigg Boss 16 witnessed the first Weekend ka Vaar episode with host Salman Khan. For a change, Salman entered the Bigg Boss house to the sound of dhol. The episode started with a dance face-off between Gori Nagori and Sumbul Taouqeer. Salman Khan then announced that he is throwing a party for the housemates. However, there was a catch as only 10 contestants were allowed in the party.

Salman Khan invited Abdu Rozik who then invited Nimrit Kaur Ahluwalia and the chain went on. In the end, Ankit Gupta, Priyanka Chahar Choudhary, Sreejita De, Archana Gautam, Manya Singh, and Gori Nagori managed to be part of the party.

During his conversation with Shalin during the dinner, Salman schooled him and said that now that they have met he would like to put an end to some of his delusions. Salman told Shalin that he thinks that he is running the house and that he is a very good counselor and advisor. The host also added that he is not the only one to believe this but people who come to seek advice from him, also believe this.

Salman also asked him about his complaint to the channel to have two hosts. Shalin agrees to this and says that he would love to host the show if the channel decides to have him as the host for a day. Giving him a reality check, Salman asked him if he wants to change the channel to black and white.

“Yahan par host nahi banne aaye ho, contestants bankar aaye ho pehle woh kar lo acche se”, he said.

Shalin graciously took the constructive criticism with a smile.
